Extremely dry bud....when I tried to break it down it turned to dust...I had to put 2 humidifier packs in just to SEMI bring it back to life.

I agree with most of the reviewers that they don't tend to locals only tourists. I got this horrible budtender, when asked if the bud I was looking at had more sativa or indica in it because the menu said it was a hybrid, she replied with just one word that I was not familiar with. So when I didn't know what she meant and asked her to explain it to me, she explained it to me like I was wasting her time....I explained to her I would want something to wake me up first then make me go to sleep after some time, she referred me to the sativa only selection with a sigh. I then gave up and said I wanted my original pick, she looked at me and criticized my choice lol.

If you are a local go somewhere else, "THRIVE Cannabis Marketplace" is a good place. They actually listen and suggest what would be good based off of what you want to experience.

I'm giving them a 100% 0 star. I called today and I'm apart of the Rumble in Vegas which means buying the pass you get a discount to judge the strains and overall customer service prices and everything. The Apothecary shoppe is on the rumble in vegas website as one of the dispensaries and when I called they didnt even recognize anything for it after paying for 400$ kit this is unbelieveable. The guy on the phone rushed me off and didnt even ask to MAKE SURE THAT THEY WASNT APART OF THE COMPETION. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYYES BETTER SO THEY KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN VEGAS I WONT EVEN GO THERE NOW EVER. OVER PRICED AND RUDE AND NOT GOING TO WASTE MY MONEY THERE...3 THUMBS DOWN. Make sure to tell the owner to get this company off the dispensary cup website then. The pictures shows they ARE IN FACT ENTERED TO THE COMPETITION BUT WHEN I CALLED THEY DIDNT RECOGNIZE THE JUDGES PASSES AND NOW U GET THE LOWEST SCORE ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE BOARD. PICTURES ARE OF THE RUMBLE IN VEGAS WEBSITE AND I SCREEN SHOT IN FACT THE NAME IS ON THE WEBSITE WHICH MEAN THEY ENTERED IN THE COMPETITION

They front you with the clean and cool aesthetic of the shop because the prices are INSANELY OUTRAGEOUS! Make this your last resort.

I absolutely love this place. I got a cake here for my birthday and it was amazing! I have made this my go to shop ever since. Fancy is my favorite Conceirge. He always treats me with such class. So far their is not something I haven t tried whether it s a craft Cannabis or AMA product. I am in love. I just picked up the 1:1 lotion which is 500m of THC and 500 CBD, I no longer feel my hands fall asleep at night and feel like it helps my carpal tunnel.

WORST (DISPENSARY) in Las Vegas. Don't go here. Just a horrible horrible experience. It's very unorganized.

This place is great! The people are great..the atmosphere is great. The only problem I had in which I took 1 star away is both the Hope and Lemon pre-rolls would not smoke. They burned but minimal intake so I put it out and guess I'll attempt to re-roll it. Would return!

I've been to Vegas 3x this year and this place was super close to palm/Rio where I've stayed so I always come here. To be fair I haven't tried any other places around, but I haven't felt the need to. They always gave great service and I never was upset with any products I treid: vape/pre rolls/edibles.

Most beautiful pot shop I have ever seen. Informative friendly staff made the whole experience pleasurable. Their large selection of edibles were too good to resist. I think I ended up with a little of everything. I bought a vape system and I totally love it! I recommend anyone who is looking for a place to buy quality products at competitive prices to go to the Apothecary Shoppe. You will not find a classier store with everything you will need in one place. Even "Gold" rolling papers!

I love this place. Daily customer staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone dresses in a very professional manner, disappointed every time I go some place else. Whenever friends come to town I send them here. Prices are right and I'm a huge fan of the prerolled joints here.

MUST READ : At first the place was a nice spot close to home , I had but moved in the area . Whenever I choose I go cannabis I never get the what I asked for most of the time . I am suppose to trust the dispensary to give me what I asked for/payed for , but it never fails. I get home and open my bag it s something I never asked for. When purchasing I noticed they never show you the receipt or the product that they are putting into the bag that you have purchased , when all dispensary I go to show me the product I purchased and then put it into the bag . It sucks because sometimes I really get excited to try new cannabis.

A friend of mine wanted some edibles so upon reviews this was the place. This was only the 2nd dispensary we'd been to so it's still a little intimidating. No this place. Very friendly and informative. The atmosphere is one of prestige. Very professional. We weren't able to get the edible bars we had seen through their website, due to recreational just being passed and laws and what not but still got some products. The CBD gummies do wonders for back/body pains. Hopefully when we visit next vacation we can get some of those edible bars cause they look so good.

From the few that we visited while in Vegas, this place was a favorite. Prices were good and staff very friendly and courteous. We visited a couple times in just the week that we were in town.

If we could give it less stars we would. We came from Washington and wanted to try local flower and oil. But we will never go back here. They were rude tried to charge us an out of state tax and had a very little selection. Ended up going down the road and felt right at home. Do not recommend.

I had to edit my previous review because I've visited this place a few times more recently, and it reaffirmed why I should stay away from this place. The most recent time I visited the service was actually the best I've received since I started visiting this place 2+ years ago. The security guard was friendly, front desk was friendly and the bud tender was friendly. That has never happened in my experiences there before. I'm someone who loves pre rolls, and the pre roll I got here was less than 1g, and it was packed so tight, it constantly got clogged and was very difficult to smoke. Also I dont like the way someone from the back has to come out and give you the product, implying you may try to rob the place or something. This is the only place I've visited that does that. I'm a local, and I like to be treated like my continued business is appreciated and welcomed, I very rarely feel that here. I would definitely put this place In the tourist trap category. I seldom make reviews like this, but the pre roll they sold me that last time was an abomination, and it cost close to $20, this combined with their normally poor service begs the question - Why would anyone who is not a tourist come here?

The Apothecary Shoppe has the best section of edibles in all Las Vegas...No other place tops their selection ! Everything is made by their incredible chef from scratch. From chocolate truffles to CBD lotions everything is incredible! Don't miss this incredible dypensary....AMAZINGLY GREAT !

Place sucks. They do inventory in the middle of the day on the weekends. Sage wellness is much more well operated.

The only reason I even think of shopping at this place is because it's 24 hours otherwise this place has the most overpriced marijuana in the city. You guys really need to work on your shatter pricing I'm honestly pissed off at looking at the prices.

They were super helpful when I needed to return a couple items. They went out of their way to make sure everything was right before I left. I would come back knowing that they have great customer service.

Front door guy was super nice, but the older gentleman that was assigned to help us wasn t helpful at all and was rushing us. Obviously I know this is a business and other customers are waiting, but customers in front of you are most important. I m sorry but this place was trash. The prices are INSANE! I came to Las Vegas with some friends to see a show. We wanted to just have a good time and pick up some goodies. We were first time customers and normally when your a new customer you get something free. Anything free. Maybe like a button. Nope not here. The prices are so high as well. Another place I could ve gotten gummies and a brownie for 30. 1 pack of gummies was $40. Please save your money. It s not worth it

The customer service at this place is NOT what it used to be. Came here for the first time in two years and immediately was reminded why i stopped coming here. Rude overpriced and they act like its a bother to show someone a product.

The budtender wasn't very professional, they couldn't tell me much about the product when I asked about the prerolls (thc,cbd,cbn,terps?)just told me the names not even if they where Indica Sativa or Hybrid. Then when I got my preroll I didn't even get a test printout so I still don't know what I got.

DO NOT confuse this place with The Apothecarium- which closes at 8, has a very limited selection & high prices. It cost $2 to use your card, and no free gift for first-timers....
Actually- you have to spend something like $85 to earn a free gift; which I learned after asking because they never told me. Don't be fooled like I was! Lol Do yourself a favor and drive the extra ten minutes to this Apothecary Shoppe. You will be happier you did.

Lines were long and very unorganized. Also, laws must be very relaxed here because none of the doors were spring loaded, and the person looked at my ID to get in but not at the register.

If you visit any dispensary in Las Vegas, this one should definitely be the first and only one you visit. The front staff was friendly and welcoming. Our Bud Tender was super knowledgeable, helpful and I never felt rushed or unwelcomed. Very disappointed in how they run it. When you sign in your given a number. Mine was 18. You go to the back and wait for your number. 30min later on number 15 then an employee yells who knows what they want and just starts taking people who numbers were after mine. 45min total there and 4 people who came after me get helped. WHY have numbers!!! I ended up walking out. Staff is super slow and when I brought it their attention i was skipped they brushed me off.

Such an upscale, classy dispensary with such helpful employees! We were obviously from out of state and our girl explained so much to us and not just about the product but things to do in Vegas and sites to see. Will 100% recommend people to go here

The lady at the front desk was delightful. Everyone inside was helpful and kind. They even had a cool video game lounge set up upstairs and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I'll definitely be back every time I'm in town

Purchased THC honey, you put it in my bag unsealed. It leaked everywhere wasting my entire purchase. Manger was extremely rude to me, hung up the phone on me, and no one would contact me back to discuss why on earth a completely open jar was wrapped in tissue paper causing a complete loss.
