I'm giving them a 100% 0 star. I called today and I'm apart of the Rumble in Vegas which means buying the pass you get a discount to judge the strains and overall customer service prices and everything. The Apothecary shoppe is on the rumble in vegas website as one of the dispensaries and when I called they didnt even recognize anything for it after paying for 400$ kit this is unbelieveable. The guy on the phone rushed me off and didnt even ask to MAKE SURE THAT THEY WASNT APART OF THE COMPETION. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYYES BETTER SO THEY KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN VEGAS I WONT EVEN GO THERE NOW EVER. OVER PRICED AND RUDE AND NOT GOING TO WASTE MY MONEY THERE...3 THUMBS DOWN. Make sure to tell the owner to get this company off the dispensary cup website then. The pictures shows they ARE IN FACT ENTERED TO THE COMPETITION BUT WHEN I CALLED THEY DIDNT RECOGNIZE THE JUDGES PASSES AND NOW U GET THE LOWEST SCORE ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE BOARD.
