I have been in a lot of training centers here in Egypt ,but i can say this place is the best training center compared to others, their sales team are very professional and very helpful , their courses price are cheap compared to the service they give.

the only slight issue is that the outside sign is not clear enough if they can put more signs by the entrance it will be very helpful.

Very bad place for TOEFL iBt test .. The computers are so bad.. There are no seperate computers .. You will be next to another examiner and you will hear his/ver voice during your exam.. The light went off and we waited for about 1 hour till they restarted the computers and the system

my experience for IT courses in that place was very useful ,professional and they are very collaborating

Very unprofessional customer service, Instructors are way below standard.

The center is not respectable, I went to book a graphic course and paid the text of the amount and agreed on the date and every need. I called the first day of the residence. The branch informed me that it was postponed once, two times, and after waiting for 25 days, postponed, contacted me and provided the value of the course 500 EGP. Reduce the number of programs. Retrieve the money they refused after 15 days, so if you don't take a course in another place and be forced to take the course with them, pay the extra amount, and accept that they want the flash program, and prefer to wait 25 days.
