Beautiful boutique-like hotel. Just amazing. The valet guys were so friendly and inviting. The front of house staff were also just so welcoming. Our room was excellent and had a beautiful balcony. My husband and I were so happy we got to stay in such a great spot so close to great restaurants (a favourite being the New General cafe) on the sand street as the hotel! Also- the Alfond had live music in the evening! Their dinner menu had jackfruit which was a welcome item for plant based eaters! They also have a gorgeous courtyard- can t wait to come back!

We had a fabulous experience at the Alfond Inn this last week! We were greeted by warm and friendly people, who sincerely cared about the customers, in every aspect of the hotel. From the front desk, to the valet, to the lounge, to the housekeeping, we were blown away by the generosity and hospitality of this hotel. We found this to be an exceptional value for the luxury and kindness we received around every corner. Thank you, Alfond Inn, for making our daughter s college drop-off the best possible experience.

If you appreciate modern art, good food and drink, in a quaint Winter Park location, this is the place to stay.

An extremely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Very clean, friendly and fantastic quality for the price. I would highly recommend The Alfond to anyone visiting Winter Park or Orlando area.

We celebrated our son's birthday at Hamilton restaurant. The service was excellent; attentive. The kitchen failed to bring the side dishes with our meal. The waiter did not hesitate to take it off our check. The atmosphere was nice. Seabass was the best we've ever had. Scallops were cooked perfectly. Lobster Mac N Cheese was terrible; dry and chewy. Octopus appetizer was tender and tasty. Excellent Waldorf salad! The birthday boy received a free dessert of his choice. At fifty dollars per person without alcohol, this is a good place for special occasion. The hotel has nice art work on display. We walked the grounds after dinner. It was pleasant.

This review is for Hamilton Kitchen inside the Alfond Inn.. Went with my friend for lunch. The place is beautiful but the service fell short. We were seated at our table but it took a while for server to come to our table. I noticed a gentleman that came in after us being served , then a couple sat beside our table and they too got served before us. Finally my friend got up to hostess to complain. As far as the food I ordered their special shrimp salad on a croissant, not impressed there was barely any shrimp in my sandwich it was filled with lettuce. Not sure if they were short staffed that day but for my 1st visit it didn't leave me with a good impression. Again, the place is beautiful but disappointed with my meal.

The hotel was clean and staff was more than willing to address any issues promptly. I accidentally left my makeup bag and one of the employees, Anna, was SO helpful when it came to helping me figure out how to ship it back. Will be staying there again!

I hosted a birthday luncheon at Hamilton s Kitchen recently and it was an extraordinarily positive experience. Without a doubt, the service, food and atmosphere exceed any in our area. We are grateful to Christopher for going the extra mile for our outdoor table of 12, and for making sure we were perfectly located. We also appreciated Jorge s excellent table service. Thomas at valet was also extremely accommodating. The entire staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. Thank you!

From the friendliest staff to the gorgeous hotel grounds- it s just an excellent hotel! Our room had a beautiful balcony also! Amazing location. Love winter park. We came as a little one night getaway and we are sooo glad we did. Can t wait to come back!

This facility is so beautiful with tons of natural light, and the front desk and General manager were so accommodating and pleasant. I enjoyed my time visiting, and look forward to visiting again in the future.
