The Ajman Palace Hotel & Resort Review

Very average Definitely not a 5 star experience.
I got an upgrade to a 1BHK apartment which was of no use. Unclean rooms and linen. Furniture and TV were dated.
I would have been happy to get my junior suite back but the lady at
the reception said it was not possible. Wasted almost 2 hours talking to the reception and getting my room cleaned. No early check-in nor late check-out option were available.

Positives -
Breakfast is good. Nice spread.
Housekeeping guys were helpful and nice.
Pool is small but clean.

We had a great experience right from check in Mukhammad at the reception ensured that we were comfortable and gave us a free upgrade to a beach facing suit . The room was exclusive, the view was out of the world . There was a scrumptious spread over the breakfast . Next day Honey at the reception agreed to let us stay an hour more . Regular cleaning and sanitizing ensured the safety of the guest. I highly recommend this place

Awesome beach resort with premium hospitality in ajman. We celebrate our anniversary there, surprise chocolate cake was placed ro surprise us.
Buffet dinner with inside and outside pool sitting will give you premium experience.
Altogether value for money .

The restaurant is located inside the hotel. The restaurant offers different varieties of food with good price with the entertainer application . There is outdoor space available where you can enjoy the view of the arabian gulf. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Based on my experience, this hotel doesn't deserve five star. Stayed for one night with family and the photos will speak to you. Apartfrom that, room welcomed with used pillows and linens , severe bad smell from the toilet and dirty floors. lack of amenities are other drawbacks.
Because of covid, valet service was not available and my car was parked in the basement and the next day morning it was showered with drainage water and was still dripping that could see almost everywhere.
Breakfast was good, didn't use the pool because it was much crowded.

Not thinking of coming back again.

No social distancing at buffet breakfast or dinner. Staff did their best, but overseas visitors didn't seem to care. Good price. Cleanliness could be improved.

Dragon's Palace at 5* Bahi hotel is amazing. Food was great and ambience was nice. Highly recommend if you are into Thai food.

stayed at BAHI for one night on all inclusive basis. we booked deluxe room but on arrival got free upgrade to suite which is excellent. rooms are cleaner
but we got bed linen which got marks on it. breakfast was excellent and superb with lot of varieties to eat. lunch and dinner need to be improved by adding more dishes. overall it was a good experience

It's really a nice place, friendly personal, everything was fine - thanks for your hospitality. Only one thing from my notice, VPN to my workplace was often dropped, maybe it's better enjoying a holidays and not working)))

We are so glad that we booked this hotel. Had an amazing stay. All the staff are really great, I don't remember all the names but these are few..
Julia (at the reception), Saad (I think he is a restaurant manager) and there was another staff was really helpful
Can't explain how thankful I am. They even gave us late check out and that was really sweet of them.

Not only service wise but the location itself is very beautiful. Amazing view. I highly recommend this hotel for people coming here for vacation or just to relax.
