the facilities are pathetic public schools have better facilities than the school.
under the management of the new principal the school is just out of control.
the service they provide to students is really bad. esp when collecting books they treat the students as if one has begged them for the books but in real sense one has paid .they don't give you all books at once the y make excuses that em.... the school hasn't bought the book .but when it comes to fees they take it full .
the library is just full of old torn books .there used to be new syllabus books for research but currently no one knows where they are .whenever you ask the librarian about revision books in a certain subject she just says there are no books use the old ones.and there is the headmistress who boosts about the library and keeps on telling the students to make
use of the library.
my advice to you is try another sch but in this sch you will just waste your money and spoil your child's future .

I felt at home!

I felt at home!
I literary miss my teachers soo much , they made my lessons worth while. It's just a wonderful place to be with wonderful teachers that give one a sense of belonging and attachment to the school itself.

About The Aga Khan Academies

The Aga Khan Academies: Providing High-Quality Education in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East

The Aga Khan Academies are a network of high-quality day and residential schools located in countries across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. These academies offer an International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum that is designed to prepare students for success in higher education and beyond.

Founded by His Highness the Aga Khan, these academies are part of a larger network of institutions that seek to promote social development through education. The Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) is a group of agencies that work together to improve living conditions and opportunities for people around the world.

At the heart of the Aga Khan Academies is a commitment to providing students with an education that is both rigorous and relevant. The IB curriculum emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, and intercultural understanding. Students are encouraged to explore their passions and develop their talents while also gaining a broad-based knowledge across multiple disciplines.

One unique aspect of the Aga Khan Academies is their focus on experiential learning. Students have opportunities to engage in hands-on projects both inside and outside the classroom. They may participate in service projects or internships with local organizations as part of their coursework.

Another key feature of these academies is their commitment to diversity. Students come from many different backgrounds and cultures, creating a rich learning environment where everyone can learn from each other's perspectives.

In addition to academic excellence, the Aga Khan Academies also prioritize student well-being. Residential students live on campus in safe environments with access to health care services as needed. All students have access to counseling services if they need support for personal or academic issues.

The first academy was established in Mombasa, Kenya in 2003 followed by Hyderabad India (2011), Maputo Mozambique (2013), Nairobi Kenya (2018), Dar es Salaam Tanzania(2020). Each academy has its own unique character but all share common values such as respect for diversity; pursuit of excellence; lifelong learning; ethical leadership; community engagement; intellectual curiosity; creativity & innovation among others

Overall, The Aga Khan Academies provide an exceptional educational experience for students who want more than just traditional schooling. With its focus on experiential learning ,diversity ,academic excellence ,student well-being & community engagement it prepares them not only for success but also responsible citizenship .
