Absolutely beautiful location! Wonderful service and employees. However I believe they are a bit overpriced for events. Even though I understand it is a unique, boutique like venue, the prices are too much for what you get.

Shameful... just had our wedding there... right after dinner I was run down by one of the staff and told they had served more meals than we paid for... she did this in front of a bunch of other wedding guests.. so everyone was wondering what was going on.... I told her that couldn t be because 6 adults that responded and we paid for canceled at last minute... so we where over by 6.... and she insisted and keep going on and on... basically she ruined my evening...was very embarrassing and totally unprofessional.. talked to our wedding coordinator next day and she also insisted that we were over..... guess the staff ate the dinners that were extra.... and then they charged my card another 473.00 for dinners that we didn t get..... be very careful... with your count and make sure you verify it at reception otherwise you will be paying extra for something you don t get.... but it is too bad for the Addison as I do a lot of parties... but will never do another one here!!

Beautiful place! Stunning! Breath taking! Although, dinning there was horrible. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. But the acoustics was horrific... How much money this place charges I know they can afford acoustic panels. It went from absolutely magical to "huh?" "what did you say?" "I'm sorry I can't hear you!"

I had my wedding at the Addison in June and could not have been happier. It was a small, intimate wedding, of only 22 guests, including myself and my husband. The moment he and I walked into the Addison when we first started looking at venues, we both fell in love and knew this was the place for us. It ended up being the first and only place we saw. The property is breathtaking - it's beautiful, charming and historic. There are so many different rooms for all types of events to be held. Without a doubt, there is something for everyone and the food is outstanding. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the entire staff for making the night as perfect as I could have dreamed. A big shout out to Cindy, my coordinator. Saying she was a pleasure to work with is an understatement. She is beyond sweet, very patient, accommodating and helpful. She is definitely a major reason with why our wedding went so smoothly. Another shout out to our bartender, Scott, who was one of the best bartenders I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. He was extremely nice, funny, remembered everyone's orders, worked quickly, and was very present. I could go on and on about the property and the staff. If you are considering ANY event at all in South Florida, you must add the Addison to the list of venues you will check out, because you will not regret it. I would give more stars if I could.

I recently had the opportunity to have Easter Brunch at The Addison and it was amazing. The food was above average. However, the atmosphere was simply wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better Easter.

I was never there before. The service was great from the valet parking to the waiters. Unique ambiance, very colonial in the architecture and mood.

This place is amazing, the people are very sweet and kind and service is excellent. Thank you guys so much for what you all did on Sunday with my daughters wedding this past Sunday.

We went there for a wedding. This is what fairy tales are made of! It was simply gorgeous! Ceremony under the two giant trees, cocktail hour across the fountain and the reception right after past the trees. We got to see the whole facility with different functions/aspects and the event flow was perfect.

They have beautiful weddings there the food is great service is good and the cakes are wonderful

Excellent event style venue great service excellent food

The Vallet here is extremely rude! We were told by our wedding coordinator that my bridal party was allowed to leave their vehicles at the Addison the night before the wedding to make it easier for them to get home after my wedding. JARED, if he gave me his real name, was extremely rude! He told my bridesmaid that she needs to move her car with such disrespect, and then when my father accidentally ran over a cone because he is in a stretch limo he yelled at him and talked down to him as if he was a dunce. There s a nice way to speak to people. And he for sure did not demonstrate that. My wedding is supposed to be a joyful and pleasant experience. The Addison just put a nasty taste in my mouth, and i don t even get married until tomorrow!

My company held an event here and everything was fabulous. We are from Philadelphia so we were not famaliar with the venue/area. The event planner we were in contact with was very helpful. The food was fabulous, and the service was out of this world. Kerri, in particular, went out of her way to assure our program went smoothly and that our guest were happy. Very accommodating and the reason for all 5 stars. Absolutely beautiful venue and hopefully I will be back in Boca Raton soon!

Attended a wedding today for the daughter of a dear friend. Wonderful people and service. I wish I could give them a 10 star instead of 5. Very nicely set up. The staff went above and beyond to make this an outstanding experience we'll not forget anytime soon. Kudos to this facility and its very nice staff. May you be as lucky as us and enjoy this once in your life time. Life is short. Live it today.

Food was amazing! Perfect wedding venue for an intimate party.

The Addison was beyond amazing on our wedding day! It's such a unique and beautiful venue, blended with amazing food and a professional staff! We have received so many compliments since our big day on how great the space was and how delicious the food was! Not your average event space! I can't say enough good things about the addison! Thank you so much for making our day so special! I completely recommend them for any special event!!

Cant say enough about how great this venue is. The staff is one of the best I have seen before. We had a intimate wedding of 20 people , all of use were in awe of the spectacular views and foods. from delicious appetizers to the desert , everything was great. Shout out to the bar tender Scot, he went beyond his job to be sure everyone was satisfied. I could go on and on, but the point is "you get what you pay for". I felt like a queen for the day, and I and the God mother of the bride ,my sister of the brides mother left extremely satisfied.

Beautiful, romantic, dreamy venue for events with professional and friendly staff

There is no denying that this place is really pretty inside and some of the staff is really nice so, there is no-doubt a lot of potential here.

That said, we looked at this place recently as a potential wedding venue and we were really disappointed with how we were treated overall. The service and attention we received while viewing the venue was just not where we'd like it to be...we were treated like afterthoughts throughout our visit and that's just not what we've come to expect from venues in South Florida.

If you can't treat me as a priority during a 30-minute visit, how can I trust you to take our event seriously if we do choose your venue?

We've since seen close to a dozen other venues and we'd recommend almost any one of those over The Addison because we think customer service is gonna be important here.

Personally, I'd suggest driving out to the Redlands (about an hour south) and checking out a few of the venues in that area back-to-back. Some examples that offer a similar outdoor vibe include The Cooper Estate, Secret Garden, and the Redlands Koi Gardens.

Rude host, toured the venue and the arrogance and meanness completely turned us off

It was my first time doing an event for my friends bridal shower and I could not be happier with the outcome. Lisa and Jesscia were amazing, great event planning and service. Very classy and professional. I would highly recommend doing any event large or small at the Addison.

My husband and I got married at the Addison in May this past year. I decided to hold off on writing a review right away because I wanted to make sure it was honest and not clouded by my newly married happiness. After a few months have past, I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life.

My husband and I looked at MANY venues in the area, and by far, the Addison was the most beautiful place we looked at. There was honestly not another one that came close. If you are worried about maintaining a budget, even if there are no flowers at all, the outside landscape can really stand on its own, it is that nice.

The experience as a whole was also very positive. Helene was our wedding coordinator. And to be honest, she can come off as very tough when you first meet her! But in the end of the day, the reason things went so smoothly is because of how organized she was and her experience she had. We are from New York, so planning a wedding remotely was daunting. But she made herself available whenever we were up visiting and came with ideas that I didn't even think of. (Sparklers at the end of the night, were Helene's idea. They were beautiful in pictures. :) )

The food was out of this world. I had several people come up to us during and after the wedding to express how much they enjoyed the food. When do you ever hear this at a wedding?

I highly recommend this venue and from one former bride to another, it was truly the day I imagined it to be.

We had a company party here about a year ago. The space was exquisite. The staff were very attentive to the guests. Our party was a hit!

We ate here for Thanksgiving. Great meal and atmosphere.

Whether I am organizing the event, or attending as a guest, The Addison continues to impress with their attention to details, impeccable service, delicious food, and beautiful setting. Truly one of the best event venues in Boca Raton and I can't wait for another opportunity to go back!

Our Company was excited to have the Addison host our holiday party for the third year in a row. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, as many employer s did, we had to cancel our party. We discussed with our party planner, that we would transfer our deposit to 2021 so we can host our event when the pandemic levels begin to slow down. When the time came closer to our holiday party date, we were told that we would not be able to transfer the deposit as the Addison would be at 100% loss of revenue this year and the staff (servers, kitchen, etc.) all lose a shift s pay. While I empathize with them as a business, this short-sided business decision is what cripples businesses. If you are making any plans at the Addison, be aware of the lack of flexibility on deposits.

What an amazing experience! My wife and I had our wedding here and it was beyond our expectations. The Addison is really beautiful and the food was delicious. Our wedding coordinator, Grace was so helpful and made our day stress free. The Addison pulls out all the stops so you can enjoy your day without any worries. We wish we could do our day all over again and would choose the Addison every time!

Wonderful for small and medium size marriages; awesome gourmet food. Their event planners are meticulous and staff is well organized and very helpful. Local businesses involved with them (flowers, cakes, etc.) are also high quality. Environment is wonderful for photography but outdoor weddings need to be aware of noise due to train traffic on nearby tracks (use of audio equipment is recommended for ceremonies).

There's no better place to plan or attend a party in Boca Raton! The most beautiful setting and fantastic staff. Not to mention 5 star food and drinks! I always look forward to celebrating at The Addison!

Our wedding was the night of our lives and I have the Addison to thank for it! We feel in love right away with the beautiful architecture and GRAND banyan trees! The food and service are truly 5 star! They took charge and coordinated all the details that night so that we could ENJOY every moment. My guests are still complimenting us saying it was the BEST wedding that they have ever been to!

Beautiful place to hold any fancy event. I really loved working with the staff here when my bestie got married. They are so amazing at taking care of every detail for you. Also the food is so amazing. I don't have one complaint and we samples alot of their food. The also have a restaurant where you can just come and eat. Totally worth the hour drive.

The place is beautiful don't get me wrong but, when I went to check it out as a possible venue for my wedding reception the attention was just awful. When my fiance and I told them our budget they were so nasty saying how that wasn't enough to have our reception at the Addison but if we did it on a Friday maybe it'll be better and like she didn't even want to show us the nice ballroom she was so reluctant to show and wanted to charge us more for that ballroom. I would of booked it but the lady was so snobby I ended up hating the place.

WOW there are so many amazing things to say about the Addison and the staff that helped make my wedding the most beautiful and memorable night! They are so professional, organized, and detail-oriented and they really do have wedding planning down to perfection! I would have not trusted any other venue to do a COVID wedding I felt very safe they were so meticulous with every safety detail. They were always available for questions and even Zoe the director of the Addison took the time to have a one on one meeting with us to review safety measures in detail. I felt very reassured and actually excited to move forward knowing it was not going to be a typical wedding but accepting and embracing the iconic historical moment knowing I could trust them completely!
They made everything so easy to plan, with preferred vendors, and they had the most attentive staff. Initially, I had Amy as our wedding coordinator, she was fantastic and actually personally called me to let me know she was leaving the Addison and did a hand off to my new coordinator Jessica who was also fantastic! They took care of every detail including setting up zoom on a huge TV screen so I could actually see my virtual guests and I was able to speak to them before heading to the reception. It actually rained on my wedding day so original plans of doing the ceremony outside under the banyan trees were moved to indoors, but the moment I walked down the aisle I was in utter joy and happiness, everything was still just as beautiful as I imagined!
The day of, Jennifer, the bridal concierge was helping me the entire time, making sure we had endless drinks and food so I was actually able to eat EVERYTHING on my wedding day! Due to the rain it was quite humid though I was able to look so fresh and radiant for my pictures as she walked out with a tray of napkins to blot my face, a fan to keep me cool, and water! VIP treatment you guys! Ray also was helping us so calm and cordial. I was also able to play a personal video and perform a surprise dance routine! Every meal and appetizer was personally delivered to us with the drink of our choice at every turn of the wedding so we were actually able to enjoy and eat our food. I mean wedding of my dreams, everyone had a blast, and no one got COVID!

12/14/17. 4:15 pm. Do we have to call the police and code enforcement again on you disrepectable people? If that so called "music" starts up again we will. Not everyone wants to hear "Funky White Boy" in concert mode that blows speakers out over and over again. We are all sick and tired of this! Way too many years of it! If it continues, you will be visited by the police of Christmas present tonight and every night this continues. Do you know what soundproofing is?

Attended a wedding there and the experience was awesome. The atmosphere and dining was excellent.

Imagine if you will, waking up and being a King and Queen for a night. Really visualize what that would look like for you.. You would have trained assistants dedicated only to you and instantly respond to your every whim, each time you finish your drink of choice another magically appears before you take the last sip, every time you don t want to hold a personal item there is someone there to take it away and put it somewhere safe, and every aspect of your wedding vision is meticulously materialized before your eyes. This is the only way I can begin to put into words what the Addison crates.

Being the man of the couple, I was personally VERY fine with a smaller wedding and keeping it extremely simple (if you know what I mean). Post wedding, I would have worked with the Addison 10 out of 10 times, it was worth every penny and more, and the memories we have will last a life time. It s sometimes difficult for me to trust vendors in the wedding space, but Zoe is so transparent and I advise you to just listen to her- she is honest and knows what she is talking about.

Zoe, Helene, Steph, and the whole all-star team are beyond top notch, they are on top of everything from the moment you enter the building. The food and presentation are also incredible.. Also, I would advise to have a videographer and encourage your friends to take videos as well. We are realizing the videos are worth 1000 pictures and after our wedding we are reliving the moments.

Had a wonderful time at a wedding. The menu is magnificent, a lot of space outdoors to sit and chat, great food and the interior is just a gorgeous. Table service was quick and courteous. I would recommend to anyone having a wedding or hosting an event!

I absolutely loved having my wedding here. My wedding was July 12th and I decided last minute I wanted a ceremony. Cindy helped my mother and I plan the wedding in less than six weeks. The day of, was a magical experience. The staff takes care of every detail/person from beginning to end. Just breath taking venue, great staff, amazing food. Honestly, this place speaks for itself. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking.

Just attended a beautiful outdoor wedding here on the Addison's veranda. It was beautiful, the staff very accomodating, and the food was exquisite.

Wow! Attended our nephew's wedding and it was an experience. The Chilean sea bass was melt in your mouth delicious. All the food was terrific.

I am in the process of planning my wedding. (1.22.2021) and so far I absolutely love the wedding coordinator.
Planning a wedding during a pandemic was something I hope no one ever has to go through again, but if you do then I hope you do it with the Addison and with Jessica by your side!!
UPDATE: My wedding coordinator was Jessica. I am going to start off with her. She was absolutely FABULOUS!!! She not only made me feeling important, but her communication was on point! Every time I called she 99% of the time answered my calls! (unless in a meeting) I always got a call back within 30 mins! She took care of all my concerns and put my at ease! So was truly a joy to work with, and I am sad it ended!
Now day of wedding: BESIDES having the normal nerves with the wedding... If there was one thing I can say I didn't have to worry about stressing about was the venue!! The Addison Staff took care of EVERYTHING! I was not stressed out about anything! We ended going with there preferred vendors and honestly it was the BEST decision because those people were the A Team! From that list we hired Steve Lawson, Celebrity Entertainment, Dalsimer, and Earth and Sugar. These vendors were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Our wedding went so smoothly!! NO HICCUPS and if there was we had NO idea of them!! Our friends and family are still talking about the wedding and the FOOD!! OMG the food!! There is a reason why they are a 5 star Diamond for their food!!
I also would like to say that the Addison gives the bride a concierge! Stephany was mine, and she was just the sweetest, most caring person ever to have by my side that day! She always made sure I was taking care of and that anything I needed/wanted was done right away!! The people that work here all love what they do and truly want to make your day the perfect day ever, and thats exactly what they did for us!! Thank you so much Addison!! Wish we could get married every weekend LMAO

So beautiful! I saw 2 people getting engaged! And I know several who have married here. The service is outstanding as well as the food. Make sure you have a reservation.

Most romantic spot in boca <3 we spend our holidays here & absolutely love it.

Venue: The venue is as stunning in real life as it is in all the pictures. I can t really say more than that. The Wow factor is real. Major kudos to the entire staff of The Addison for being to be able to handle the Covid-19 protocols and safety measures with such grace and style that it doesn t take away from whatever event you re having. Even in our ballroom we were socially distanced but it doesn t feel like it. All the staff stayed masked, gloved, and extremely professional. Our guests felt very safe.

Food: I think the only thing outshining me (the Bride) at our wedding was the food!!! Oh my goodness, they do not disappoint! Jessica and Max really helped to put together an amazing menu that wowed our guests. We were able to request a specific wine that we really love and make sure that we had a vegetarian option for our daughter. The appetizers (get the lamb chops!), the salad (get the spinach salad with goat cheese!) Sea Bass, and Filet disappeared so quickly you would have thought our guests hadn t eaten in days! We even worked out a little late night menu with Mini Rueben s, Chicken Sliders, and French Fries. Make sure you do a tasting before the wedding. It is worth it. We decided on things we hadn t considered before simply because the taste was phenomenal and the presentation adorable.

Service: The Addison hires some of the best people I ve ever seen in the service industry. The bartenders and servers were like Ninjas. They magically reappeared to fill glasses, clear plates, and make sure every guest was attended to. My personal bridal concierge for the evening was a pure angel named Jennifer. She was ready at every corner with ice water, a fan(!!!!), and cocktails if we wanted. Appetizers appeared in the suite so we didn t miss out. She also managed to schlep my train all over the property for all the shots the photographer wanted to take. Somehow she was never without a glass of champagne at the ready for us and balancing my 15lb bouquet all with a smile and a laugh. She was a blessing!!

Planner/Coordinator: Jessica was our planner and I can t possibly put into enough words how fantastic she was throughout the whole process! We never once felt pressured to pick anything we didn t want/need/or wasn t our style. Instead, Jessica guided us into finding exactly what we wanted and helped us create the most beautiful wedding of our dreams. As a second wedding for both of us, we knew what we wanted and came armed with firm ideas of colors, menu wants and needs, and Pinterest goals that we attainable. She understood our need to keep our wedding fall themed without going down the pumpkin and burlap route. We ended up with the most gorgeous linens, place settings, and menus to match. Throughout the whole process Jess was always available by phone or email. I m sure she probably had a million other brides she was attending to, but she always managed to make my husband and I always feel as if she were our own personal coordinator!

Cost: You get what you pay for. No matter what size your wedding (ours was less than 30 people) Jessica and Max and everyone in the office will work to lay out exactly what each piece of the process costs. There is no hidden agenda or add on fees. They work very hard to be transparent on the costs of each ballroom, evening versus afternoon wedding, and menu choices. You can have a lovely and simple event that is equally as fantastic as a 200 person extravaganza. There is no way you can go wrong in booking with The Addison. A small or large or event will be gorgeous and you will feel spoiled as a client or a guest. The budget is up to you and they will do their best to work with it. You will not feel pressured to make a wrong or costly choice.

Helene is the rudest person one could possibly deal with. Couple her attitude with last minute changes and price gouges and you can feel your blood boil.

Total wedding mill, move 'em out and get the next one rolling. Cocktail hour was great watching the workers assemble the alter for the next wedding---/sarcasm.

If you are lucky you will miss the earth shaking train during your special day.

The Addison house is stunning, hands down. One of the best venues I have photographed at. The beautiful canopy from the giant banyan trees offer great light anytime of day. The architecture is exquisite and provides numerous variety for portraits. Along with all the details their staff is fantastic! Loved it!
