The Adaway Group was founded by Makani Themba, an experienced strategist and thought leader in the field of social justice. Makani has worked with numerous organizations over the years, helping them develop strategies that center equity and promote social justice. Her expertise has been recognized by many leading organizations, including the Ford Foundation and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
