A very beautiful place for celebrating special occasions. Nice lakeview and the sunrise is really beautiful to see from the resort. And the campfires at night, we just loved it. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Also the staffs were so friendly especially the activities coordinator. The food at the waterfront was amazing. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Loved it great Service loved the room wanted a pool view witch we got but an afw long walk for 2 old people! Lol had a doe right outside our room. Will hopefully be back soon!Thank you to the staff everyone was so nice best ever!

Stopped in to The Abbey for a charity event they were hosting. Had drinks an appetizers at the Waterfront. I had the caramel martini, which was fantastic, with a gentle twist of RumChata. The presentation was as great a the drink. As a Wisconsin staple, I of course had to order the cheese curds, which were excellent! The server was amazing too! She was friendly and attentive. Us gals stayed a gabbed a while and she was simply pleasant from beginning to end. The restaurant overlooks the marina, which was beautiful amidst the setting sun. The Abbey has an elegant grandeur to it, making it a nice place to visit. It can be quite pricey, but if your looking for a splurge, this is one you'll enjoy.

Offered atmosphere with fine dining. Charged atmosphere with fine dining prices but delivered bar food and atmosphere. Our waiter Jorge was attentive and friendly but that's about the only positive part of the experience my wife and I had on our anniversary dinner here. Would not recommend.

I'll always recommend. THE staff are nice and friendly. NICE LAKE VIEW. Had lunch at one of the resort restaurants and it was right next to the lake . Food was good. Rooms were nice and bed was comfy. Stayed for 2 nights and I wished I stayed much longer. Amazing place to relax your mind. Will definitely come back

This was our this time coming to lake Geneva always wanted to see the abbey resort wanted the experience and seeing what so special well the waiter put us in the corner no one took our order so we left I guess they didn't want our money went somewhere else and had a wonderful time saw the sunset the last time on the lake

Stayed a couple days. Very nice people. Jen and Kat at front desk were very nice and helpful. Also our server at the 240 restaurant was really nice as well.

I ordered an omelet with bacon provolone cheese and coffee..delicious. Highly recommend! If I could give it more stars above I would, but I can't so I will add some here..**********.

Very beautiful place and relaxing. Friendly staff and valet. Also, fill off activities for families to do, the kids will love it. The food was pretty good just have to make reservations to 240 west hoping to get seated. The bar was very musical but chill. The indoor pool was so much fun plus the kiddie pool for small children and babies was a plus! There were toys to play with in both pools. Did I mention the hot tub? Lol no well there's one in the pool area. The outdoors was beautiful with grassy areas and boat waterfront view. The rooms were nice, clean, comfy and plenty of towels. Will be back again for sure.

The best resort that we've been to in a while. Everything was just beautifully decorated for the Holiday season. The Waterfront restaurant was closed on the days that we went, but it'll give us a chance to go back and try it out. There is also an ice skating rink but it wasn't ready yet, once again a good reason to go back to the resort. There is also a movie theater and they play some good movies throughout the day and evening. There are many activities for the little ones too. Everything there was just so picture perfect I was at awe, the lobby, the resort it itself, the restaurant (240 West). I couldn't have asked for anything more than that. Will definitely be visiting there again
