Jennifer Delmonico has been a great rep for our agency. We are able to easily place orders for a number of clients, and even our own agency. The design of the plaques are always perfect and I have yet to have an error on an order.

Tom was so helpful with my requirements and while I was on the call he immediately sent me a prototype of the article I sent him and customized it and improved the layout. I have been with That's Great News for almost 9 years. Came into the company with little knowledge of what I was doing. I was trained by a few who took the time to teach this old dog some new things. In that time lots of changes have been made. The company has grown and with that growth so have opportunities for employees to reap the benefits. Not saying everything is perfect, no place is. I love the flexibility they offer me and you get what you give. I have been able to be an integral part of the growth and my ideas and input are heard, maybe not always executed but I also am aware there are processes I may not be aware of. I feel most of us work as a team and support each others successes and work hard to improve and simplify our work load.
