Be prepared if your high risk of serious illness with covid, none of staff or anyone in the building wore masks. I will not shop there again until pandemic is over. There products do look good and pricing was reasonable. Staff was bvb friendly and helpful. Only took off a star because they don't seem to care about spreading pandemic or reducing risk to their at risk customers.

They were good and fast to install my pond unfortunately that's where the service ended. Don't expect to be receiving any calls returned promptly. After having the pond a few years I've been trying to get some pond supplies. This year I've spoken to staff and left messages four separate times with no returned calls. Finally the last time I called they told me they won't be carrying a particular product. Last year it was 8 calls over the course of a month after which time I contacted the manufacturer to find a different distributor.

This landscaping business is very slow if you need someone to come too your house and give you a landscaping plan.
We ask for that last August and to this day we were still waiting for that to be done. It seems unless you have a big money making job for them there in no hurry to give you what want. We got tired of waiting and planted it ourselves. My wife called the plant designer several times wanting to know when they would be out and never got a solid date, she said after all this time she squeeze us in!! The last call she hung up on my wife, very poor customer service we would not recommend there service to anybody!

Had a dry creek bed installed in my back yard due to the large amount of water that runs through my yard since my neighborhood is on a hill. They had a large crew show up on time that morning and knocked it out in less than half a day right before Father's day. The crew had good attention to detail and didn't damage anything around the area. The dry creek bed has already proven to manage a significant portion of my water to keep it out of the house. This was the first step to mitigating my water issue and I plan to continue to work with them to complete the project once we are ready. The project came in at about half the cost I expected and much higher quality stone than I expected. I went ahead and had them due to flowers to decorate as well as an after thought and that took 30 mins and about $100 and was well worth it. A supervisor or two stopped by during the project to talk to me as well which was really nice. One of the best businesses I've ever worked with in the multitude of projects I have completed since moving to Morris 4 years ago. Scheduling was a little difficult but considering it is peak season and their availability to get projects done is very weather dependent, you need to have reasonable expectations for getting things done. Thanks guys!
