We get the membership every year because there is so much to do here. some might think it pricey, but with 4 venues and discounts on other things, you'll get your money's worth out of it. My kdis love the curiosity museum, I love the gardens, the dino museum is excellent and the farm is fun. The deli has really good food too!

It's too confusing having all sorts of separate museums - with carrying quality and pricing. It's confusing. Most of it is okay. The worst part is the gardens during the wrong season (fall). The best part is the museum of ancient life. The butterfly biosphere sounds like it'll be amazing. We'll find out this January!

I think cornbellies charges way to much money to get into, and then after you pay For admission you have to buy punch passes for some of the activities, it's supposed to be for families, but for someone with a big family it's not affordable. I paid $9.00 for a hotdog meal. I won't go back.

Fun

Love this place for my kids. The museum is amazing. The theater is very pricey but with the rewards program and other options like ice cream it really is awesome. The golf course is amazing. Always elite level grounds. Price is very good considering all the other courses you could play for more and less magic. Wonderful pro shop and play is always consistently at a great pace, except weekends...but that happens anywhere. The restaurant is fantastic and if I lived closer I would be there much more. Great complex with great amenities. I haven't even talked about the gardens! Or festivals. Great job Thanksgiving Point. I'm thankful for you.

We went to their two bucks Tuesdays for Augusy. I really like that promotion. We went to the Butterfly Biosphere. Other than being a little warm and my kids were a little cranky we had a fun time. We have enjoyed all the different venues at different times.

This review is based on the Luminaria experience. This is our second year in a row taking a large group of over 100 people, we won't do it again. There was a small discount for group tickets but not much! We spent over $2500! We asked if we could meet in a classroom in the basement to gather our group and distribute tickets for 15 minutes and they were going to charge us $400 for the basic room, no set up, no host. Instead, we crowded the lobby and it was frustrating for our group, staff, and other guests not with our group. One of the staff members even asked if our group could wait outside until we were ready to go. I thought it was pretty rude since we tried to prevent the crowded lobby and the staff would not accommodate. It was super cold and no one wants to just stand in the cold waiting. Because it was a little chaotic, we did our best to distribute tickets and ended up buying more on the spot without realizing we still had some that hadn't been claimed. Anyway, we had 15 adult and 8 child tickets left over that didn't get used that day. Thanksgiving point would not refund them (remember we just spent over $2500 on tickets for our group!) They said we could use them on a different day but had to pay and additional fee to transfer them. They never got used, even after we tried giving them away on our neighborhood facebook pages. We also thought it would be neat to sing a few Christmas songs as a group by the nativity. There was a single speaker (not connected to the light displays) playing music loudly by the nativity. It could have easily been turned off or unplugged for the few minutes we wanted to sing, but the thanksgiving point staff would not allow it. We were actually told someone would come turn it off for a few minutes to allow us to carol, but then were told they wouldn't do it. The statue garden and lights are beautiful! Sadly, it is very expensive to take your family or a large group like we did. I wouldn't do it again. Thanksgiving point Luminaria ticketing staff and event staff didn't seem to be on the same page, they very disconnected while trying to make arrangements for our large group. You would think the staff would have better business sense with large groups and try to make it a great experience but I felt like they were doing the opposite. I would not recommend booking a large group for the Luminaria and would even be hesitant to pay for a family.

Went for a wedding that was outside. It was a beautiful day. It was really nice. The place was beautiful. The only complaint I have is, where the wedding was located, it was hidden. So, it took a little bit to find it. It was on a map, but it wasn't on one sign. Also, it would have been nice if there was a sign that said something about the wedding party with an arrow or something. Otherwise, no other complaints.

Butterfly biosphere - Great place for kids. Appropriate length for kids. Maybe leaves a bit wanting for adults but it is still fun. Small playground and interactive games... didn't understand the appeal to some of the games but the kids went bonkers on them. You are not supposed to touch the butterflies but sometimes you get lucky and they land on people. A butterfly landed on a kid with me and he went crazy spending the rest of the time staying still with his hands out hoping for more butterflies to land on him
. Earlier in the day the butterflies are active- evening they are not flying as much... so depends if you want to look at butterflies close up vs seeing clouds of flying butterflies.

In the state of Utah this is one of the best Dinosaur Museum we have. There are hundreds of different events that are hosted here throughout the year. Usually you would have young staff members who are friendly and helpful. All of Thanksgiving point is well maintained and a great family vacation. Parking is free.

Great place for a visit or ten. Usually something is going on here that is interesting or entertaining. Membership is well worth the price, with all the discounts and free entries. Very highly recommended, the family loves it.

Talk about HORRIBLE customer service. On our way to Luminaria (which is already over priced), my wife and I hit a deer. Our car was totaled. After calling the police, towing our car, and finally returning home we tried to return our tickets. We were simply told that our tickets were non-refundable, and if we wanted to change the date for our tickets we would have to pay an additional fee.

Thanksgiving Point, specifically Luminaria, lost customers for life. I'll be sure to spread the word about our experience.

Thanksgiving Point is great! There are many different places to visit there, from the dinosaur museum, to the curiosity museum and Farm Country. The corn maze in the fall is lots of fun. Then there are the gardens, which are absolutely majestic and peaceful. The tulip festival is especially beautiful, and the Light of the World sculptures depicting scenes from the life of Christ are spiritually thought-provoking. The only thing I'd change about Thanksgiving Point is the cost.

I always have so much fun coming here! The natural history museum is spectacular, I could spend hours there! The area it's in is very well kept. I've always wanted to go to the tulip festival but haven't gotten around to it yet. But my favorite thing by far is Cornbelly's in the fall! There are so many festive things to do and I always have a great time!

The zoo area was pathetic, small pens and cages, I would think with all the land that is available it would be nicer for the animals, seriously gravel for pigs and goats especially on hot summer days, so sad! Its not a place I would wast my money going to again. Children should learn that animals need to be cared for in a good manner, but most people, they think animals are expendable and don't care that they suffer to!!
Every area was way over priced for what they offer, but then again it's always about money! It's never enough is it!! Said my piece, nothing changes till something changes, and it won't change until the greed of it all changes.

It's a really fun museum! There was a kid station where they could play in water, sand and toy dinosaurs!! There was multiple educational kid play stations and it was really fun to bring our child to!

The butterfly part is the best part of the museum. The plants are incredible and it is fun to see the butterflies. And they sometimes land on you! In general though, the butterfly biosphere museum is kind of small and the play ground area has very few activities. My kids like the slide, but often the other electronic parts don't work. We can spend a Max of an hour there, whereas we can easily spend two at the dinosaur museum or three at the curiosity museum.

Love it! Butterfly biosphere, gardens, dinosaur museum, movie theater, the farm, cafe (you can pack food too) and gift shops: great place for families and adults by themselves and for date night. Great ice cream in summer. Make sure to check for events and be aware of busy times because it can get crowded. Despite that theres always plenty of parking.
Tldr: great for everybody, but plan your visit well because there is a lot to do and it can get crowded.
