2. Policies and process are not enforced in the company.
3. Lack of respect among co-employees - non-teaming
4. Consecutive lay-offs due to company instability
5. Lost major lines during bidding process due to bad repertoire
6. Poor leadership, planning and management - inefficient, expensive product
7. Unable to strengthen relations among existing customer (TTC, UK JNUP)
8. Overall: Lack of professionalism
