Effex at tg is absolutely horrible. Dont put in to much overtime they will not pay you or fix it, then dock your next check for calling them out on it. If you value yourself and your time go elsewhere, there is more than one manufacturing factory in the area.

Treat you like a disposable machine. Expect you to work 12s with no notice. Continually trying to cut labor while being shorthanded. Work you as hard as they can till you quit then dial it back just a smidge on the next. Pays decent but only compared to whats around here.

Amazing place to work, I have nothing ever bad to say about this well ran company and professional staff, exercise room and executive dining complete the TG Land experience!!! Thank you for giving the middle class society a place to strive and grow in a company with an awesome retirement plan. 401k plans and health insurance is hands down top notch!!!! Never a dull moment when I step foot in Building 5 Stamping, not only a place of employment but a family orientated environment!!

I must say I have had worse jobs. But after my last couple of months there having health issues and dealing with a loved one with other issues, this is a horrible organization. They lied about my termination, I wasn't able to get unemployment because of those lies. Thank you Jill Roth! The HR people are rude to say the least. If you have a family member with anything other than being normal don't work here. They are also homophobic and what I call Perryville elitist, meaning if you have the proper ties and name in Perryville they treat you well if not you are garbage and they strive to remove you dispite your job performance. Actually talking to a lawyer to see about wrongful termination, but then fearful I would win and have to go back to work there. Which I would not.

Mean people...delivery load here first and last time! (Over 3 hours 6 boxes)

I got here to make my delivery at 9:30 almost 3 hrs and I m not mty yet...it maybe ok once you know the procedure,otherwise it is a frustrating place.
I had to walk into 3 cages,finally I got to the last one,and that was thw correct receiving "cage"... YES driver haa to wait in a cage to load or unload.

One of the worst company s I ve encountered in my 32 years of living. The money good but the people are owful. They watch and criticize your work 24/7 through camera. I would take a pay cut then work for these people any day.
