Had a bad experience and expressed my feelings. Got a response back promptly from a Customer Service Supervisor and she resolved everything quickly over the phone. Very happy now!
Their service level and commitment is terrible. You will be lucky if you can get their appointment within 3 days. You will be able to win lottory jackpot if you can get your machine fixed in two weeks... Need to find an alternative...
Follow-up: I finally asked TFI service department supervisor Shawn, he was professional and handled my case quickly. I wish I didn't have to specifically ask for their supervisor for a simple request. but I appreciated Shawn's help.
If you want to get scammed and pay over price for a technician you ve come to the right place. Don t waste your time never hire these people to fix anything.
No Star Review for TFI Service is huge in any industry and clearly TFI has lost their way. I am currently dealing with equipment being down and can not seem to get anywhere with TFI I am so terribly disappointed. I hope they can turn this around and I will gladly rewrite my review.
Kudos to Don Kagan for his exceptional service. He is very resourceful and provides a lot of guidance and support to his clients. I am a first time shop owner and Don gave me a lot of mentoring and directions. Thank you Don for always going above and beyond for customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are scammers, unorganized and will steal your money! They will deny everything even if it is recorded. I lost $6k for nothing, better buying a Chinese machine these days, will be cheaper to just replace. They said I need to get an electrician to reduce the voltage which means I need a transformer and then they mentioned they did not advise that I need a transformer (see screenshots). They only offered me a $200 refund for a scam charge where their service rep came at the wrong time for an appointment and no one was there. Do not give your credit card info to them!

I ve purchased/leased from TFI on three separate occasions over the past 4 years. My rep Don Kagan has always been thorough and prompt. He was quick to reply and provide any info I needed. Everything has always been done efficiently and professionally. Will def work with Don and TFI again.
This company will scam you, they will say anything to sell the product. Stay far away from these guys especially the head scammer Don Kagan. Spend your money elsewhere RUN FAR AWAY FROM TFI
Bad Business, they install error codes into machines so their technicians can show up and be payed. When they update machines there are more error codes/special manual that has critical instructions aren't given to owners . Taylor companies 25% revenue comes from this practice. Don't use Taylor
