Worst credit union in El Paso. They have my email and phone number dont call when theres suspicious activity. Have to fill out 7 different forms to dispute charges. Charge $30 for every transaction your debit account goes over (EVEN WHEN THERES PLENTY OF MONEY IN YOUR SAVINGS) and mail you a letter to tell you. IF YOU'RE LATE MAKING A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT BY 3 DAYS THEY CALL YOUR CELL PHONE, YOUR JOB, EMAIL YOU LIKE THEY ARE THE GESTAPO. IM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT.

Extra friendly employees who are always eager to help me. I have been to this location many times and never a long line. This location is close to my home and always plenty of parking. Keep up the good work TFCU.

I m very disappointed, like the person below, if you have $150 in your account, they will lump all your $1, $10 charges together, so the can charge you hundreds of dollars in fees. I ve never been to a bank that does this, so they make thousands of dollars off from you. I m done. I can find a better bank who doesn t overcharge for fees

I became a first time TFCU member last year when I purchased my vehicle and the overall process was extremely easy. TFCU has everything I need to bank easily and conveniently! The employees are extremely helpful and genuine. Thank you!

Worst customer service experience ive ever had. Kenworthy location. Didnt get names but it took me 3 tellers and 1 hour to deposit a a check. From tfcu acct to tfcu acct. Yes i was upset and they never apologize they were even more rude. I will never bank with this institution again. I work in customer service and if this is how you treat your customers... Its a travesty

Great service most of the time and friendly employees. Always smiling and acknowledging their customers. Although, Recently Terrible service with 1 teller x 2 visits.... almost makes me want to change banks.

I've been banking with TFCU for 10yrs now. I've never had any issues with this establishment. This location is the closest to my residence but also the customer service has always been great. Very helpful and courteous. I also tend to get my check (direct deposit) a day before payday!

Very professional and customer oriented staff... Mikael assisted me in establishing my banking needs, explaining each in detail and very knowledgeable in services options. Made you feel comfortable doing business with you as a valued credit union member...not just another customer.

I'm very happy that I found this credit union. They have financed several automobile purchases, and when I needed assistance with home improvements, they gave me a personal loan. The staff is exceptionally cordial, they make me feel like part of their family whenever I walk in, drive-thru or call.

This is the worst bank I've ever been to. I no longer live in El Paso and I've spent hours with them over the phone just to fix what should have been simple issues such as automatic payments. They're ignorant and rude. I've spoken to janvier ruvalcabra who was the manager who hung up on me after I asked him to look over the contract after he threatened to transfer me to the collections department because they charged me 2 times for my car payment in one day. Amanda Luhan is the one who sent me the document to get signed. If there was an issue and both payments were going to be taken out simultaneously, I would have left that payment alone. She told me only 150 was going to be taken out instead, they drained my account by taking an additional 319 on top of the 150. I have 30$ in my account. They refuse to refund me money to my navy fed account and only offered to refund my money to my savings, to which I have no access and to which I cannot transfer my money back to my navy fed. Overall I've spent at LEAST 48 hours on hold or on the phone with them, fixing various issues. Today alone, I've been on the phone with them for two hours, no exaggeration. Do yourself a favor, dont bank here. Bank with Navy Fed

I am new to TFCU.. I went to talk to someone about refinancing an auto loan and was put on the phone with someone that only ran my credit ... She was very rude... Just automatic.... I did not want my credit to be run. I just wanted to understand my options. No explanation... just did it... Same as every Bank..... Nothing new here.... Just want to make THEIR MONEY.... I will be closing my account UPDATE..... 12/15/18 5 PEOPLE have called saying they will investigate and get back to me... Guess how many did? ((((0)))) ((((ZERO)))) BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Worst customer service in banking history. Specially from teller named Michelle. I am not prejudice,but as far as I can tell she does have an attitude with customers not her same race. I have worked in banking before. And the way she speaks to people is very unprofessional. Stay away from that called bank
