Their website is not really intuitive but very robust, and I received excellent instructions from Ashley Tinnell that explained everything. Now I like their website very much. I received 20 articles of the quality I requested very quickly for a good price. Very happy customer.

You will get what you pay for and working directly through the with authors is best. Call them to get setup and they walk you through everything. I can't believe how easy it is to get quality content.

Frequently, I use Textbroker when I have too much work and deadlines are looming. I add writers to my preferred list in specific niches, so I can give them direct orders with a deadline and specific instruction. That is very valuable to me. I have written about Textbroker on my blog, and on Medium, Vocal, and NewsBreak, telling writers to keep prospecting every day. I bid and pitch at least two hours per day. Then, if I get too much work, I send some to Textbroker writers. When they finish, I edit for mine or my clients' voice, grammar, and spelling and I am done. In 2020, I lost nearly $600 in regular client fees in May, but I didn't panic because I still had many projects to carry me through those difficult times. Most of my clients came back, but I think it was have been devastating when I first started. Use Textbroker and prospect every day!

What a great out source company, wonderful customer service, reasonably priced.

Ordering content has always been great. If I order 50 pieces less than 5 will not be exactly what I need. Some writers are definitely better than others but I cannot complain about the overall quality. Happy customer
