The best Doctors ,nurses my daughter had surgery there to fix her hand and they done an amazing job thank you all for the great service

I love Scottish Rite both the Dallas and Frisco location. I had surgery on my elbow at the Dallas location, and the staff is phenomenal! I had PT at the Frisco location. Everyone at Scottish Rite is very positive and kind. The surgeons, nurses, doctors, volunteers, PT s, everyone is so nice! I am very impressed with the care I get each time I have been to Scottish Rite. I only have positive things to say about Scottish Rite. Because of the great care I received at Scottish Rite I want to be a doctor and work here one day.

I had surgery on my feet at Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in 97. I have had follow up appointments to see how my feet were doing as a kid. I am so grateful for the wonderful doctors and staff that were super kind to me and my family. When I had the follow up appointments, my family would go to the gift shop and get the popcorn. I would highly recommend getting the popcorn! It tastes way better than movie theatre popcorn.

We've had to be admitted several times for one of our kids. Every person is so sweet and kind and they take care of our son. Being a Pediatric nurse, I can be over protective, but the staff and surgeons never discredit my concerns. Truly the greatest people.

First things first, very, very clean and organized since the moment that you drop your vehicle at their parking lot. They have 2 areas that you can use to park free of charge... Which in Dallas is an A+ situation because most places, incluiding government buildings don't have a free parking arrangement...
They ask you you know the set Covid 19 questions, take your temperature and the kid too, then they will give you a mask is you don't have one... Yes therebare still people without a mask...and provide you with an adult bracelet, then you will receive instructions about where you will need to go.
The check in area is huge, plenty of hand sanitizer and opportunity for keeping social distance. Handle any insurance and id verification, then your kid(s) will receive a bracelet and from there you will receive instructions about the area where you will see the doctor for your appointment.
Beautiful park outside, closed thanks to Covid...

This the first Hospital I have seen which is not there to grab money from poor people.
Amazing team of Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics and receptionists. They will make you feel secure.
I really don't have words to express our gratitude.

I have to agree with everyone else about Marilyn. She was pretty rude and guess what? I can be rude too!
She wants your kid to speak perfect English to be qualified. My daughter doesn't know Spanish at all but yet Marilyn wants her to get tested Native Language? (Racial much)
Oh yeah my daughter have speech problems as well , they don't want that.
Yeah I'm pretty upset and never thought someone can be so judgmental & racial.
I had to report this to my daughter's pediatrician hoping they don't use this office ever again and her teacher.

I took all my kids there for emergencies and they are wonderful

I cannot praise this hospital enough. Dr. Morris, his staff, the radiology department, the security staff. Every person Ive come in contact with during my daughters hip journey from clinic visits to surgery has been absolutely amazing. Thank you for making a challenging season so much easier and less stressful!
