I've been a tenant in La Estancia Apartments for 4 1/2 years and I am very upset at the insolence and incompetence of your management.
I have experienced deplorable conditions in which you give maintenance to the apartments, the use of cheap materials and labor., You changed administrators so much is hard to keep up, prior orders get lost, lack of professionalism to say the least. Your latest administrator tops the list in rudeness and indifference, totally lacking skills to speak to customers.
I have written letters, phone calls to have some repairs done, being promised month after month it will be done, but all lies.
You have the audacity to collect rent, and forfeit your responsibility to use that money to make repairs, replace damaged things, ensure the tenants are treated with respect and consideration. The laundromat washing machines and dries are not given proper maintenance, eat you quarters, and I have been asking for $5.25 reimbursement that I have lost in your this laundromat. You have this establishment in your property, that makes YOU RESPONSIBLE. I pay my rent in full payment, how would you like if I deduct the $5.25 from the rent due to your insolence to take responsibility in a professional courtesy. The people you hire are incompetent and negligent and speak of the quality of your corporation, needless to say the manner in which you handle your business.
