First time here and I will definitely be back! Food was excellent and our server Allison was amazing.

The customer service is not good. I had a bad experience with the service.

Best place for an early dinner. The steak is great and cooked correctly. The service is perfect. The waiters are on top of it and are super friendly. Also the manager was cool. Come here before 5pm if you don't want to wait in line.

I had visited a LongHorn Steakhouse in North Carolina. All that I have to say is that - Thank God, that is finally here in Cali. Amazing steaks and amazing Prices..

My first time coming here and by far the worst service ever. I went in person to make a reservation and they told me it would be a 45 minute wait. I said okay I ll stay. I come back 45 minutes after and they say that there is still 6 parties ahead of me. Again I said okay I ll wait. I wait another HOUR and CALL. They let me know that I supposedly canceled my reservation due to me failing to reply. I never got a text message and I verified my number twice. Very bad customer service. I wanted to just enjoy some steak since a friend recommended me this place. Nope according to the receptionist, it is my fault that I did not get the text that I must have given a wrong number. Just awful.

Great food (Outlaw Ribeye, Chicken bites), great Old fashioned cocktails and very professional and polite staff. Enjoyed it very much, will be back!

Excellent food with great service!! Had Outlaw Ribeye, baked potato and chopped salad...all for under $29!! We will definitely be going back soon!

Was the best dinner I have ever, had. Parmesan chicken dinner and lobster tail. My friend's dinner was also very good.

First time ate here ever, new restaurant to California & the oy one in Cali, in Rancho Cucamonga. Service was great, we had Tonie, a white older lady with short gray hair, so nice, just be ready for her sense of humor lol. Food was awesome my Mango Margarita was tasty, loved it! To get on waiting list wasmy bad, they even keep you updated on the app/link they send you, your place in line, its pretty cool. We will definitely be coming back!

Spent 120 bucks for birthday dinner were so tuff and salty omg we couldnt eat them called and told them and all they replied was we will call you back its been 3 days

I ordered the longhorn steak. It was delicious and cooked to perfection. It had a lot of flavor and was very tender. The ribs were very good as well. They were tender and juicy, falling off the bone and had a good amount of bbq sauce on them. The tables were good size. I was able to have a german shepherd and a border collie (service dogs) under the table with space. The waiters were very friendly. The food came out very quickly. I would definitely come back.

Bring back the mushroom appetizer. They were amazing and was different from any other steak restaurant. We've been there three times. We came for the mushrooms and stayed for the steak. Oh and the steak and lobster.

First timers. We did a curbside online order. Called in to ask for sides of ranch and A1 sause. We didn't have both in the bag. Understand mistakes happen but totally sucks to eat steak without A1 & chicken without ranch. My soup which was almost $6 was only half full Food was okay. The gentleman that brought our food out was very kind and polite.

Steaks and sides were excellent. Although waiting 1 1/2 hours for a table was hard. This was my first time at a Longhorn Steakhouse.

Super cold sitting in the tent outside but the steak and food was really good. My steak was cooked perfectly med-rare. Can't wait to go again when the seating is opened.

Not only does the steak melt in your mouth, the people are very eager to make sure all is well with your order before you drive away. Even in these times this business knows what works. And they are working It!!

Good place to grab a steak. Outdoor seating only for the mean time. The ribeye I had was nice and tender, a must try. Good selection of beers and drinks.

Food was absolutely delicious BUT my order was mistaken. Not too big of a deal except there were no other visible curbside orders at the time. Refunds are a big hassle and may not turnout but that's what happens sometimes.

This place has great food and they are open with seating! Toni was a great server with a sense of humor in this time of tension we were able to relax eat and have a good time.

I had the 6 oz Renegade Sirloin and my husband had the Outlaw Ribeye, which were cooked perfectly. They each came with a side and chopped salad. The salad was good with a variety of salad greens and several chopped vegetables on top. It would have been better if the lettuce was cut into smaller pieces. I had the Rice Pilaf, which I didn't care for. The service is good and the food comes out quickly. The outdoor dining is enjoyable, just be prepared for possible breeze and chill in the evening.

My wife and I enjoyed Longhorn's Opening Night in Rancho Cucamonga. We are very impressed. Nowadays, in so many chain restaurants, we walk away saying "it was good, but we can do better at home." Not the case at Longhorn Steakhouse.

Even in the opening night jitters of a new restaurant, our drinks were outstanding, the appetizer was amazing and the steaks were perfect. Servers and managers alike were attentive, kind, professional and imparted a personal touch to serving us. No small feat given the amount of people waiting to try Rancho Cucamonga's newest restaurant.

Hat's off to RC's Longhorn Steakhouse! Not only will we be back, but we'll be bringing and referring family and friends.

So happy when they opened and now only curbside pickup. But, their crispy chicken sandwich is so good.

The food is really good, steaks are amazing here well can be ...this is my second time having an issue with my meat being under cooked extremely undercooked especially when I asked for WELL DONE. The first time this happened a few months ago I was offered a gift card for the amount I spent not really what I wanted but ok cool. This time I spoke with the manager Chris he offered me same thing I explained to him that this is the second time & that I would honestly just like my money back we went back and forth as he told me he could not give me my money back eventually he did but I won t be going back to this location on top of that the some of the curbside workers have bad attitudes

Best steak I've had in a restaurant ever. Brandon the server/bartender was absolutely the best. I was shocked how low the bill seemed for the quantity and quality I received also.

People there treat you like family. The food is incredibly delicious. Definitely recommend for your dining pleasure, especially with all these restaurant closures going on. It's nice to relax there and leave your problems at home. Bring your appetite and leave your worries behind.

New steak house in Rancho.. 8 oz. Filet and parmesan cream spinach... great service .. cooked just right.. and good price ! I'll be back!

My favorite steakhouse to go to, was excited to hear that there was going to open a longhorns close to home staff was great , took my mother in law for the first time for her birthday and she loved it. Can't wait to go again.

Enjoyed lunch with a friend. Really nice, warm bread served with butter. Really cool, crisp & fresh lettuces in the steak salad. Strips of steak so large had to take out of salad and cut into smaller bite sized pieces. Very tasty and very filling. Oh & the broccoli side was excellent as well. Light seasoning, cooked perfectly. Very nice outdoor seating in the shade.

Went early to try and beat dinner rush 430pm 2.5 hour wait. Completely understand we are in a pandemic but WOW couldn't wait that long. So decided to take food to go. 1 hour and 15 minute wait for Takeout seems a bit extreme. It was good but so irritated by the wait time didn't fully enjoy the experience. Willing to try again maybe when we are no longer in a pandemic.

Honestly, I ve always loved steak, but ever since I came here my standards are so high. Their food is so good and their service is exceptional. I highly recommend trying the New York strip and their potato soup.

it took the 3rd order to get our order correct and didn't even offer us a comp. The first time they tried to trick us with a small steak. The 2nd time they got the potato wrong. And still charged us full price knowing they messed up. When we finallly received our correct plate, they said the potato was on the house (ha, lol). You would think this is their first week at this... oh wait a minute... it is!

I had high expectations and they met them....
