Just had a customer interaction with a "Michelle" and her customer service was ABOVE & BEYOND - love her to death <3 thank you as a customer

The engineering staff, their leader and mgmt are very arrogent and difficult to work with, they talk down and try to come across as if they are better than everyone.

People were let go bc they were a saftey hazzard on most parts always hurting themselves 3 times in 1 week for not wearing propper ppe and putting face right up and close to what they were working on and injuring themselves and some who were drinking on job and passing out midshift while others were waiting for the parts to be cleaned. I quit bc of supervisor was a joke talked about u behind ur back and pay was not fair...no exp thats ok..ask for $1 more than offered and u may get it even if another wrked their butt off with a promise of $1 more an hr at yr mark just for it to be taken away 2 days prior. Some workers there r really great and will help u learn your job..thanks paco

The employees here bust they're tails everyday for the company...but the turnover rate will show that the upper managment could carless about"family time" a real man should have ..
Employees drink on job site...And the night time supervisor is a real piece of work....wants the employee of the month EVERY MONTH, & he jus got there...lol(but knows everything(not really))
But if like kissing butt...this will be the perfect gig for you!!!
Also, if u are wanting day time position...cancel it! Politics& favorites only!!

Extremely poor management on the floor. Parts don't go together. All they care about is pushing inventory. Money launder with the 401k which is mandatory. Extremely bad quality parts. Hostile work environment. Your constantly threatened. I was discriminated against with no place for advancement.

Very rude and unpleasant people. They feel they are perfect beings that never made simple human errors and expect the same from others which is ridiculous. If you re going to axe someone for a minor mistake you really have some issues. We need better businesses in this area, this place is trash.

This is a trash company to work for. If an employee don't like you all they have to say is they don't like you and your fired. I got fired for that and employees complaining i wasn't wearing a face shield. They complain about safety but the same employees complaining was the ones getting drunk at work.
