These guys are great. Fast, conscientious, very reasonably priced.

The only place in the Golden Triangle to take your vehicle to get a oil change. They do a great job checking and servicing all checkpoints.

Went for state inspection and was told my tint was too dark. Probably should have gotten a 2nd opinion considering I've seen much darker tint driving around town. Nice people and quick in and out though!

I live in Mid-County and still drive out here to get my oil changed. Service is great and the people are super nice and helpful.

It's in a very convenient location, close to a few of my favorite eateries.

My only complaint, but it is one that most oil and lube shops share, is that the waiting area is cramped and on busy days I usually have to stand outside. This is not enough of a problem for me to knock the rating down though, as the service and speed more than enough make up for it.

I have been coming to this place since I bought my first car at 20yr old. They watched my children grow up and have serviced every vehicle I have ever owned. Always great service and I will continue to be a loyal customer

Went in because my ac wasn t blowing hard. I got seen instantly and they fixed the problem within five minutes. The only thing is sometimes their moods are a little off and it makes me feel awkward but I don t mind if they can fix my AC in More

I've been using P&M for about 20 years I guess. Not because it's convenient, but because they give the kind of fast friendly and high quality service that's has become rare. I recommend going in as early as possible or late in the afternoon on weekdays to get in and out quickly.

Fast friendly service. If you're looking for a super quick oil change this is the place to be.

Also, they helped my wife with a transmission flush. Helped the car lot.

went in for a state inspection on a busy Saturday, had to wait for a little and had the opportunity to watch them be nice and helpful to everyone that walked in.

I went on a Monday to get my car inspected and the place was packed. They got it done in less than an hour.....I noticed the man working the desk was very friendly and seemed to know some of the customers.

Just had both of my cars serviced here, and the service and speed were excellent as usual. Brian who runs the front was courteous and did a great job of explaining in detail what was done on both vehicles. HIGHLY recommend this place.

If you're looking to have your car serviced or inspected, there is no better place than P&M. Don't let the crowd discourage you, they'll get you in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time.

I came in today to get oil changed. They asked about wiper blades and filters. Those things were on my forgotten to do list to replace. I'm glad they asked because I wasn't even thinking about it. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need. They are the only ones I'll trust with my car for oil change. Plus the free car wash is always a good thing! Excellent service and friendly employees! Keep it up Brian!

I had the best experience this afternoon getting my truck inspected quickly. Brian was so quick to help me and very understanding of me not wanting to take my daughter out in the cold. He went way beyond what I expected from a typical oil change and inspection shop.

The men are completely unorganized and rude! The only man there that has any type of respect is the one who works behind the desk. The others act like they do not want to be there and don t care about your vehicle.

This is the second time I have felt the need to give these guys a 5 star review. They continue to go above and beyond. Took my truck in for inspection and the manager came out and was able to use his expertise and fix my third tail light so it lit up properly to pass the inspection. Hands down best service around.

My car was towed here in 2016 because Walmart on Dowlen messed up my oil pan and some of things and tried to blame it on me. My car was towed and paid for at Walmart expense. Well long story short i've been going to P&M since them. I moved to Beaumont in 2015 and didn't really know much about the shops and mechanics and who to trust but i've built a relationship with the gentlemen at this shop. Their very knowledgeable and take their time out to explain whatever is needed, no question goes unanswered. You also receive a free car wash when you get an oil change, I love it!

employees are always very friendly and get you out quickly without trying to up sell you on things you do not need.

Man they are fast! Staff seems somewhat young and inexperienced but they always get the job done. Just wish they took more time to explain things and actually try to up sell their other services. Sometimes you need that!

Really fast service here. Staff is pretty friendly too. I will say that sometimes they have claimed to top my fluids but come to find out I'm out of washer fluid... Not a huge deal so I come back anyway since it's quick. Small, or dare I say tiny, waiting area but at least you won't be waiting long. Full oil change usually comes with a free car wash from baybright down the road so that's a plus.

This is a great place to get an oil change. Every employee I have interacted with over the last 8 years has been kind courteous and helpful! They are quick and efficient! They always do a good job whatever I need them to do. Of course the added bonus is that you also get a ticket for a free car wash down the road! Who could complain about a deal like this! I recommend it to everyone I know!

Service was fast. I usually go to Classic Chevy to get an oil change but this time around I couldn't get anyone on the phone so I could make and appointment. While I was scrolling through fb someone in a local group asked if there was somewhere they trusted for oil changes and this place came up multiple times. So I got up early and decided to give it a try. Service was great. I went in and they did my oil change in less than 20 minutes. Also when I went to pay he thoroughly explained everything they did to my vehicle, all the fluids they checked and I even got a free car wash. They definitely gained a new customer.

Fast service. Job well done. Get there early on weekends.

Great place to get your oil change. Fast and friendly service. The shops always clean and Bryan and Chris are the best. If anything goes wrong, the owner, Paul Mitchell will make it right. Higly recommended!

Paul and his gang are fantastic. He runs a tight ship at P&M. Techs are apparently very well trained and quality control is top notch. They make you feel like part of the family... And the free car wash at Baybright is the icing on the cake!

This is my go-to spot for oil changes. It s quick and easy and the people there are great. They re also great for quick state inspections. There s an air conditioned lobby where you can wait while your car is worked on. Each oil change comes with a free car wash as well, which is a great deal!

Went in to get my car inspected; was a little hesitant, as I am new to this community & didn't know where to go. I chose this place according to the reviews posted. Went in around 9:30 a.m. & it was a tad busy. Someone came out & offered help immediately & was very polite & courteous. When I checked out the gentleman behind the counter was also very polite & courteous. It appeared that even though they were busy, they took the time to explain things & were attending to people as they came in. Although I did not get any work done, I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was very welcoming! Thanks!

When it comes to my vehicle and the liquids that go in it, this place is where I bring it. Doesn't hurt that I remember riding with my grandfather to get his vehicles serviced there as a child.
