We bought a new Subaru Crosstrek for our daughter. We worked with John Johnson at the dealership and honestly we couldn't have had a better experience! John was professional, courteous and not at all pushy. We took several different cars for test drives and John was great about pointing out the differences without making us feel like he was trying to get us to upgrade the vehicle. And after we had made our purchase John took the time to sit with our daughter in the car and point out all the features and helped her pair her phone and set her up so she was comfortable. Our daughter absolutely loves her Crosstrek and I would purchase another vehicle at Teton Motors Subaru any day.

Knowledgable and pleasant people in the service department, they kept cool as I am not to pleasant to deal with when dishing out franklins for a repair. My RAM truck is running great and I am a happy customer today.

Teton Motors does a great job. i had been familiar with their service department, and Bruce, their service manager is a very straight, no nonsense, tell you what you need, and do it without ever worrying that stuff i don't need is being added or that i'm being pushed into additional service. When my old Subaru was damaged they immediately quoted me a repair, and then replaced my damaged car with a new one again without any gimmicks or games. Rick the general sales manager was true to his word, quick to get things executed and even worked over the weekend to make sure that i was taken care of. i have dealt with car people for over 50 years and these people genuinely do care about you and want your business

These guys are terrific! I purchased a Forester today and had Darren Wood as my Sales Consultant and David Cook helped me with financing. Darren took a great deal of time going over the vehicle options/orientation and David explained well all the purchasing options/payment plans. My whole experience was so pleasant as Darren and David were very professional and helpful. If I had known how positive an experience it would be, I might have come in sooner. And It was great not having to travel to Idaho or Utah to purchase a Subaru. Darren and David are a great team and I really appreciated the stellar (and no-pressure) service. Thank you so much

The service department is second to none. They are so kind and willing to bend over backward to help you. They ve helped me out twice now when I ve been in a tight spot when my car unexpectedly breaks and I really can t thank them enough! Great guys, great service.

Teton Subaru in Jackson treated us with courtesy, honesty, great price/trade-in and great service that's second to none. John Johnson, and the rest of the Subaru staff treated us professionally and made our Subaru Outback upgrade seemless and pleasurable. Would recommend them to everyone in Star Valley and the Teton area. Their courtesy, and performance was like day and night compared to their competition in Idaho Falls. Darren did a great job of reviewing all our options when buying our car. He offered suggestions on how we could reduce the price of the purchase and helped us understand the features each model had to offer.He was available to us day and night when we had questions. For a no pressure experience we would highly recommend Teton Subaru.. We will definitely be a repeat customer!
