YANTRA - BEAUTIFUL CONCEPT IN INDIA FOR RESOLVE ALL TYPE OF PROBLEM RELATED TO ALL SMART PHONE, GOOD NATURE OF FIELD ENGINEER I USED SERVICES FROM MR SURENDER SINGH FOR REPLACEMENT OF TOUCH SCREEN OF MY IPHONE

Good working environment with supporting senior management.

One of sickest company ever. Don't try to find any career in this company. Especially Qspiders students. Be alert stay away from this dumb company so called test yantra.

It's a good consultancy for getting placed in good companies.

Freshers please don't join UK Recruitment Team in Test Yantra and don't work under name called Thiagu(Shameless fellow) and Sundaram. Their work is to HARASS women employees and expert BULLIES in the matter of salary. They mainly hire girl. Freshers if you come across any bad experience, take action and put case on those people.

Salary is little low compared to other institutions. But placements are good

Went for two interviews... First was really good, proper .. But second was really worst, the person who conducted interview was not even interested in conducting interview... Just asked about few details, not even asked single question related to JD and said skills are not enough for this job, didn't even tried to know my profile completely... Waste of time

Mid-level Software company owned Jspiders and Qspiders. Nice infrastructure. On the weekends many requirements drives happen here.

First of all i would like to thank them for giving me an opportunity to work, for the letting me learn inside out of business and helping to gain practical knowledge on how business is related to IT, I thank them for accompanying me for a mutual growth.
Any place you go would give you platform to perform your actions. But here they created a platform for me to perform my actions. With so many inspiring people and inspiring stories, this is the place i recommend to all those reading my review to go ahead and start your career. May be your professional experience has given you a tool of trade but i firmly believe in equipping oneself with skill required to excel in any position, here they will assist you with it.

Very very bad experience with this company. Salary will come after 15th and that too we need to call HR's, very less hike%. Very less communication, calls they never lift and call back and I never seen they replied to Emails. I will never recommend anyone to join this company.

Good company which offers testing solutions, but ther is no parking space.

Don't go for interview worst people they don't know how to take a interview.i went for interview for java developer. i have 2.6 years experience in java, spring,hibernate,Rest API even i am not mention front-end technology. but they asked Html,css,javaScript. Harshvardhan(Interviewer) they don't know about java, they asked only two question, then said HR will get back to you. they don't deserve even one star.

bad.. its in a corner.. very difficult to find. map direction keeps fluctuating

this company take money from client not provide to employee.wrost company. once you come back from client place they told to take interview from fresher and after fire.wrost......

HR called & scheduled telephonic interview, but I didn't get any call, at wt time they schedule, after 10min I called to HR & he said I ll call u back, later I didn't get any response. Very poor communication

I have been here several times for written tests conducted by various companies through J Spiders. This place is a really nice workplace from what I have experienced. Although, I have no idea about the company itself.

Service is good. But time taken to deliver is long. i. e. 6 days. I suggest to keep spare parts available at service location readily available so that delivery time after repairs can be shortened.

Well when unprofessional, liers, unqualified, cheaters, business analyst who can't speak English nor know HR policys get together and run a company the result is company like this its better if they stick to their training. And yes people who have commitments in life never trust these people financially getting your salary credited is only a big achievement.

Went for Interview..I personally don't recommend this company to anyone..the interview is most interested to know my family background than me.

I worked here as a Recruiter. Here is my honest feedback
Pro's:
1.Lot of clients are there. They will place u in good companies.
2.Pls go if it is a permanent position with client, never accept for contract to hire
3.Training sessions are good for freshers
Cons:
1.Lot of pressure.( 9 to 7.30 are the timings)
stand up meeting 3 times a day.
2.If you are a fresher and thinking to join as Recruiter don't go, Don't work under a person(named Swathi) Lots of work pressure and she doesn't workn gives all nonsense motivational messages to team to give profile . she wastes her time always talking unnecessary things to clients.show off person
3.You will never get salary on time(sometimes 10th,15th,23rd)

The place is good,but some security guard present here are really very rude.

Went for Internship interview. The HR is least bothered to conduct interview and they give you worst feedback telling your not audible, the person who conducted my interview is least bothered to listen and the HR who took my first round was not at all audible and blaming me at the end. On call they try to convince you to attend their interview and later waste you re time.

Unpleasantly surprise to come across such employee/staff/People from Techyantra who do not have the basic human nature and behavior, they are treating all the applicants and candidates with a terrible unacceptable, unprofessional, extremely rude and pathetic way. Management should at least take action for these kind of people who do not have the basic human nature and should recruit correct staffs/employees who can behave as human being and treat others as human being.

Worked there for short term but amazingly surprised by the people. Small company but deals everything very precisely and takes care of you very well. No organization barrier, you are allowed to speak to CEO directly.
