Changing my position on this place. I absolutely admire and love Roland beck much respect towards him. Went out off his way to find out where I was when I had surgery. In order to maintain and continue growing I feel instead of cleaning house on the floor associates they need to look at their human resources and lead management most techs and QA. I had to leave there was tired of feeling like I'm stepping on needles. Leads choose who must follow the rules while others can stand around and dismiss all rules and reg. I can go on and on believe me. Money is not worth the way they treat people.
