Have been waiting for customer services telephone to answer in regarding my 80 year old mothers phone problem for over an hour. Even on reduced service this is dreadful!! Stated a 10 minute wait at start of call am still waiting!!

Just spoken to Jason regarding my signal very polite, knoweagable and helpful. Excellent Customer Service Advisor sending out new SIM card free as 1st step to resolving my problem. Note to Management 'Customer Service Advisor of the Month'??

A absolutely disgusting service tried to con me to day telling me he was singing me up for a really good deal when it was all lies, and when i realised the con i phoned to ask to speak to a manager i was told that i would have to wait at least 48 hours disgusting, obviously inundated with complaints or just couldn't care less which the most likely.
STAY WELL AWAY THEY WILL TRY TO CON YOU, AND WHEN YOU FIND OUT THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS.

Tesco mobile customer services are superb in every aspect. They genuinely want to help and you don't get fobbed off. 10/10 first class....second to none.
3 issues in the last 6 months sorted swiftly without any problems.

Asked the web team to swap my old number to my new...

Asked the web team to swap my old number to my new contract and cancel the old sim. Instead they transferred the new number to the old sim and cancelled my brand new contract and are now demanding I return my new phone in mint condition and they will charge me depending on the condition it is returned in. The mistake is on their part and they are not willing to fix their mistake. The web team can barely speak English and ive been disconnected from the call centre 3 times, everytime I requested to speak to a manager. Terrible service. Going to be left with charges and no phone just because the web team can't follow a simple request.

I had a problem signing up to Tesco Mobile via the internet. Contacted Customer Service. Spoke to Nickie, who was a manager and Henry who was on the sales side, both extremely helpful and efficient. I could not have been more impressed. They turned a disappointing experience on the internet around. I ended up extremely impressed with Tesco Mobile. Both are a credit to their company. Many thanks.
