Tried to go in to buy some products. We were yelled at that we had to stand at the front door and tell them what we wanted and they would bring it to us. We didn't know what they had so wanted to look on the shelves. She barked at us "don't you know the line"! Save the headache and go to the shop across the street. We spent 700 bucks in the other shop but will never step foot in Terra Mater again. Sidenote... we were wearing masks.
Had such a great experience!! I don't think I've ever written a review for anything, but this place was special. Very quick and easy, but still relaxing and luxurious. I was her second to last appointment of the day but she was still so sweet and friendly, and oh my gosh she did a great job! I haven't had a haircut I liked this much in years. I will absolutely be going back and recommending it to others.
