Terminix stood in the gap, the 2 times we had a problem with swarmers;and always has provided great service.

well the technician was very nice understanding he have service me before and each time he come he very polite and curious and the part he get in every area that might not need spraying but he do it anyway now that a good tech in my book

I love that our rep makes sure if there are any dead bugs or live bugs seem he picks them up and removes them from the property. Really helpful when it comes to wasp nest right in the doorways!

Great service, on time appointments. We switched from a competitor pest control company because they couldn't keep an appointment, Terminix has always been on time or within a 15 minute window. The cost is a bit cheaper and they only come out every other month. We are satisfied and if we were not we can get a tech out to take care of any issues with the Terminix guarantee.

Our associate Rodney was excellent with all explanations about the service we were to receive and answered all questions pertaining to said services. Also he discussed the payment options we could pursue to avoid paying interest. We are very pleased with the job to date and the speed the tasks have been performed.

Timothy Mason is a great Tech. The best one I ve had. He always goes above and beyond my expectations. This time I wasn t home and he let me know that I had a package on my porch. He is always kind and courteous. He takes the health of my kids and pets seriously and always takes time to acknowledge them.

I got a reminder of my appointment. I called the 800 number to change it and while the IVR was very good, I was transferred to an agent who was able to find me another day that better fit my schedule. The technician notified me when he was on his way. He was courteous, clean, and friendly explaining what he was looking for during the inspection.

Our technician, Tim Love was conscientious, kind, personable and very professional. We are in good hands!

Ralph never ceases to amaze me with the level of dedication he puts into his work. If ever we are seeing pest prior to his arrival there is never an issue once he leaves. He always goes above and beyond even removing wasp nest near my youngest daughters swing set!

Brian Jernigan used to service a company that I worked at and was a great guy. We loved to see him come around. He left such a good impression that when I became a Manager Volvo over a decade later and saw him I remembered right off the bat. He provides excellent service, is friendly to everyone, and will get my recommendation for everyone I know looking for pest control in the area. Brian is a benefit to your business.

Peter Long has been our tech I believe 7 years. He is knowledgable about his craft and very personable. He gets to know his customers and honestly I look forward to seeing him on his scheduled visits. I seldom complete surveys like this so know that I mean what I say or I won't answer the survey. Excellent service. When I call my technician, he makes time in his busy schedule to provide service for our home. I will not allow any other company to service our home. They even came out to inspect our storage barn and little bonus room plus the attic, in which they found evidence of roof-rats. They found ways to save us money on utilities by taking care of the tunnels and laying down traps. They provided us with a quote to lay down new insulation that is specially treated to be rid of that annoying critter.
All-in-all, I cannot give the service a high enough rating. We are very pleased.

Terminix has always done a great job for me. Especially my technician, Mike.

Our service technician Antonio P. , always takes great care in identifying problem areas and seeing to the elimination of any pests that we make him aware of between visits. He is always nice and courteous to our staff to the point that the service visit isn't an interruption to our day-to-day operations. Truly an asset to Terminix.

Good service the tech who does our house I very polite and does a great job. Down side is they raise the rate a little at a time. It is only a few dollars at a time so it is hard to notice.

I am disappointed in Terminx. I found a brown recluse spider in my house and immediately called Terminex who I have a contract with. Someone came out and verified that I had evidence of them. I then paid a lot of money to get my home treated. The first treated day the technician sprayed a section of my house and had to leave because herr boss didn t want her on the road at night on Halloween. She came back and sprayed again and put out traps everywhere (a lot of traps) but didn t finish because the faceplates were not off. Luckily Eddie (the best technican Terminex has) came to do a routine service. I asked him about finishing up my very expensive spraying for the brown recluses. He checked with his boss and then finished spraying. The traps were supposed to be checked within two weeks of completing the service about two months later I called Terminex and asked to speak to the manager because no one had checked the traps. I was told that the manager would call me within 24 hours. Two weeks later no call so I removed the traps myself because they were in the way. I paid a lot of money for this service to be treated like this. The least Terminex could do was have the manager call me.

Technician was was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job.

Our pest control person is Michael Daniels he is such a good person he explains things to the tenants in a way they understand he goes above & beyond doing his job *** Great customer service..

Rodney was super nice and included my kids in the inspection process. He was patient and answered all my questions. The service men that came and treated my house were also super nice and did a great job and answered all of my questions and were great with my curious kids!! Had a great experience. Will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends!!

Absolute worst please find a different company. What cons! After all the good reviews (that are bots) we get deceived. Never suggesting this sham company.

These 5 star reviews are shills. Terminix is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I've used Comcast for many years.

- Terminix has overcharged me
- I've scheduled appointments with them and they've sent people on the wrong days.
- They've serviced my house and then sent someone the next day who was oblivious that my house had already been serviced the day before. (They have no idea what's going on in their system)
- I've put in multiple requests to speak with a supervisor. They've never allowed me to speak with one at the time, always saying one would call me back later. Never happened.
-The day I had planned to cancel was May 31. They pre-charged my card for the month of June and wouldn't refund it. When I asked "you'll at least service my house for June since I'm paying for it, right?", they said no. Classic Terminix.

I'll never use this company again, and if anyone talks about Terminix I'll interject myself to let them know what a horrible experience I've had. They are the most unprofessional company I've ever had dealings with, and I'm not one who usually complains, and when other people talk about their bad experience I usually don't share the same opinion. But Terminix is awful.

Travis White is a great service specialist! He explained the Terminix termite contract and answered questions I had about adding pests control at a later date. He was professional and pleasant! I feel confident that Terminix will always be there for me and my home should I ever need them!

Terminix handles all my pest control needs. I rarely see any insects around my house and if I do, I can give them a call any time.

They were very thorough and quick!! I have never seen spiders that big before!! The service guy explained where they came from and what drew them. Whatever was put down got rid of them!!!

So, I have a platinum prevention pest control and termite protection plan with Terminix. I am charged $68 per month which is over $800 per year. For this price, you would think that I would be getting stellar service wouldn t you? WRONG. I called them this morning after both myself and my mail carrier were attacked by wasps that had recently built a nest in my mailbox. The representative reached out to the local office to try to get a specialist out here today. The supervisor called me and said one of his employees would fit me in at some point today between her other appointments. I said that was fine. It is now 7:09 PM, they have still not shown up and I have been on hold with Terminix for 1 hour and 14 minutes now, waiting for someone anyone to come to the line. Now, the phone just cutoff at 1 hour and 15 minutes as I was typing this review. Needless to say I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy at this point.

I had Terminix come to my house to see if we had roof rats. Terminix came over and told me we had a lot of rats in the attic and that the cost to get rid of them would be $6000. I had 3 other companies come by the next day to give me their thoughts and to give me a quote. All three companies told me I did not have roof rats. I had a few squirrels in the attic. When I asked them if they were sure I didn't have roof rats because I was told I had them they assured me I did not have roof rats. The other companies that came and quoted me were under $1000 to get rid of the squirrels we had.

Ralph was professional, thorough, and amazingly kind. He made the whole process easy- explained everything to me that he was doing and made me feel very at ease. He had great recommendations to help us keep the buggies under control. I appreciated his kind demeanor and excellent work. He deserves recognition for his wonderful service.

The two hour window for service is very convenient for me vs half-day by many other companies. Scott Williams is personable, informative, professional, and provided a thorough inspection.

He called to verify we were in sync on the appointment time and ensured the treatment was done professionally, as well as thoroughly. Satisfaction was his #1 priority. Also, his concern for my overall well-being is much appreciated. My neighbor spoke with him about the service prior to him leaving our home. Please retain Timothy as an employee; he is an asset to the company.

Rep never shows up and they bait and switch you on financing. They make it seem like your making monthly payments to them however they actually finance the whole thing to a third party company.

Terminix is the recognized leader in Termite control. I have gotten great service over the years. My inside and outside structure inspection Monday was very thorough. Tech pointed out things I needed to do in a positive manner. Customer Service is very friendly and helpful.

Beware of these guys. Have used Terminix in other places I have lived, and had no problem. The inspector they sent out was a con-artist telling me I had all this stuff wrong with the house. Got a second opinion from another pest control service and I am so glad that I did.

Jay was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and told us everything he was doing. He did a wonderful job spraying the outside and inside. I was a little hesitant getting this service but I am very pleased we went forward with it. We have two kids under two and I now have peace of mind knowing i don t have to worry about possible bugs. So far so good with Terminix Pest Control at my Arlington, TN house. They showed up on time and did all they said they would no plus some things that we're not expected! The technician even sent me video of the carpenter bees he got rid of that were drilling into my shed. I hope they keep up the good work throughout the contract year but so far I am very pleased.

Have kept their commitment and promise to me for nearly 35 years

Unable to keep appointment made with customers even with 2 hours window, no return phone call from branch manager, AMAZINGLY, their tech can check termite stations around my house in 5 mins even with a dog in the backyard. Local branch went into hideout.

I have had Terminix contracts for over 20 years and they have always provided the best service and support.

Peter is the BEST. He is thorough, lets us know when he is coming and leaves, gives us a summary of what was done, and most importantly, is very nice and friendly. He is a great employee that we trust and rely on!

Have had them over a year now, and for the past 6 months it is impossible to get the work do e properly. I have had many appts. made and confirmed and more than half of them no one showed up or the sent the wrong tech for the wrong services. Horrible experience! And management is not prompt to respond!

I have used Terminix for many years now and would recommend them to others who may be looking to contract or even change their current pest control service provider. Terminix has done an outstanding job for my current and previous homes they have serviced. I have both termite and pest control service with them and have used them for added attic insulation installation and rodent access control. They are very professional in their service and work performed. If not completely, satisfied they will come back at no cost and make it right. Their technicians are well trained, polite, and professionally dressed as well.

Do not let Terminix encapsulate your crawl space. Services not rendered. Fraud. We put $2,139.34 as a down payment on Feb 19, 2019 and have been charged $90 each month ever since for an encapsulated crawl space. 5 months later (as of this review) and our crawl space still hasn't been encapsulated. At this point we don't wan't Terminix to complete the work. We want all money refunded and the contract terminated.

Jason Smith was the associate who conducted the inspection and convinced me to do business with Terminix. He made me feel as if I were in good hands with a trusted and highly reputable company.
