Amazingly good and so filling....quick too with friendly service!!

Teriyaki jar never lets me down! Fantastic food. Limited items but everything is cooked fresh, never had a bad meal

They've got great food, good prices and awesome teriyaki sauce!

Teriyaki Jar is one of the best kept secrets in area! It took us nearly ten years of living here before we got around to trying it and our only regret is that we didn't start eating there sooner! The absolute BEST teriyaki sauce I have ever eaten, and you can buy it by the jar! I will not buy teriyaki sauce from the store for home cooking anymore, it's Teriyaki Jar all the way! Delicious food, a kind staff, and a clean restaurant -- if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Give Teriyaki Jar a try, it's kind of tucked away from the main stream but well worth a visit!

Our first visit here and it was authentic, the Kimchi was home mad, as are all the other menu options. I had a lunch special, which was a gracious portion, especially for a special. The service and food quality receives 5 stars from me.

The shrimp fried rice is mediocre at best. The portions are small...first and last time that I eat here.

Everything I've tried has been really good! The service is great. The people are super nice. The prices are really good. Now.... if you love kimchi, I mean really love kimchi, then you will not be disappointed. It is fabulously crisp, spicy, "freshly" fermented, and slightly bitter (but in a good way). It is absolutely perfect! There is none of the sweetness or mushiness that you find in commercial kimchi.

Very courteous and humble. Excellent service and even better food. Their teriyaki is amazing and fried rice is sooo good. Definitely underrated for how good the food is.

A friend and myself stopped Teriyaki Jar and we were amazed by the food. She had the chicken yakisoba while I had the chicken teriyaki. Not only was the meal excellent, but the homemade teriyaki sauce was out of this world. I bought a jar so I can have some for my home. The lady who greeted us was very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

This is by far my favorite place to eat in Sherman. I have never been disappointed in the food or the service. EXCELLENT food and super sweet people.

The food is amazing. The staff rocks! I was extremely impressed.

Food was amazing! I ordered the Spicy Pork. Good portions, great flavor. Definitely recommend this place. It does have a small menu though. Prices are good. Looking forward to visiting again.

Google said this was a Thai restaurant. Google failed. It s all Japanese. Very simple menus. I had yokisoba and wonton soup.

Small place. Friendly staff. Very limited menu. No tea or fountain drinks. Food was bland. Chicken had a Spam like consistency. Rice was good. Good sauce. I would not recomend this location.

This is the best Asian food in Sherman. It is fairly priced, but the selection is a bit limited.

Everything we had didn t have a whole lot of flavor. It wasn t really good. I had the Ramen and it was kinda bland.

Teriyaki jar is delicious and casual. Along with the menu and specials, they have a family meal deal, and can make you a custom dish if you want any combination of things. I love this place!

Best vegan burgers and fries in the city ! Was too full to try any desserts or their shakes but they looked bomb af. I ordered their fish sammy with sweet potato fries and everything was delicious the fish itself tasted like the real thing and had a good crunch to it. Will definitely be coming back.

The food here is amazing. The staff is friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in the door. One of the employees was on the phone when I walked on recently and she apologized for being on the phone and that she wasn't able to greet my wife and I when we walked in. The service is quick and the food is always hot. I have never had a problem here and would definitely reccomend you try it out if you haven't been before.

Always quick to get the food out, always very nice!!! Food has never once been bad. They have their own teriyaki sauce they sell in a medium mason jar (I think it's like 16oz jar) for about $6 and it is absolutely A-MA-ZING!!! It's truly my favorite restaurant in Sherman and I've never been disappointed with the food or service @ Teriyaki Jar!!! 10-10 hands down!

Always heard good things about this place, but when I tried it recently it didn't exactly blow my mind. I will be sure to give it a second chance however I didn't love it. I had the shrimp.

Found this place online and decided to give it a try. It's some of the best food I've had in awhile and I will be going back many times in the future.

I visit this place a lot since I work nearby. I must say the customer service is always great and they keep the spot well kept all the time. Pricing is reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

Very personable and great about answering my many questions about the dishes they serve. I personally like the Teriyaki beef and my husband and sister love the Bulgogi.

Split an order of bulgolgi and some gyoza with my girlfriend and we both thought it was amazing. The lady working was super nice and made sure we were well set up and we will definitely be coming back.
