Wife worked for this company went every where they ask her to be. So we found out she was pregnant she continued to work till her morning sickness took over. It was every 2 to 3 days in the hospital. When she miss work she had a doctors note. Which she got sick again ended up in the hospital again. She went from night manager to getting demoted due to illness was never told. Later on was fried over a text message?? Not once ask if she needed maternity leave. Which lawyer said the company offers.

This company took over the dealership I worked for and my pay was taken away because their exact words were "I was paid way too much". I was now paid below minimum wage and was expected to do the same work I was giving for about a third of what I used to make. I'm not angry, I found a new job that I love. But people need to be warned

I work for Tephseal as a Detailing Manager. I absolutely love this company! They are very understanding and truly care about their employees! I recommend everyone who can work for this company absolutely does. There is always room for growth as well.

I have worked with this company since 2016 on and off and I willnot be goin back they pay isn't worth it was gettin paid way below minimum wage..I was recently at the dodge dealership in lake city and the manager there is not manager material you have employees and managers smokein marijuana inside there cars.no one really dose any work unless they hear that the higher up people from tephseal is in town...if your someone with bills that have to be paid i dont recommend workin for tthis company.

Travis from the Indianapolis location was excellent! We had a little mishap at the dealership but he was very fast at taking care of the issue and resolved everything and was very friendly!

Is there any other way to get ahold of hr or customer service then the two phone numbers on the website all I'm getting when i call is beeping. I worked for this company early last year and i am trying to get ahold of them to get my W2's

I used to love this company at first, but after a while it s like they had a lot oF unnecessary things going on a far as their employees and the company itself. This company could really do better. they Should not have their employees working all day off the o clock so they don t have to pay extra money to their workers. It makes me wonders hat other business allows this kind of behaviors!

I worked for TephSeal at an Audi dealership and I loved my job with the dealership and my manager. As far as the company goes, awful. Horrible upper management, bad communication and sketchy pay practices. They ve been sued before for their pay and you can call their HR department and ask about overtime only to get a runaround answer. They re not attempting to fix any of this, either. Only get a job here if you just need a little money. You ll work hard for very little pay.

What's funny is CURRENT AND ACTIVE MANAGERS are giving 5 star reviews, then OTHER MANAGERS are giving the "Thank's for the great review!" replies.. LMAO!!!!!! what a conflict of interest.. it's only to balance out the 1 stars given to their reviews. Horribly company no management skills no incentives. Terrible quality and terrible time management as well. Enjoy!!
