Their approach was vry good in a communication hall. No language prob. U can speak either english or Tamil. 1st round f2f tech. It was simple and good. 2nd round was online test. 17 online technical apti (Servlets and oops) and 2 programs(vry tuff).
I didn't imagine Open Source implementation can be done at ease
This TenthPlanet is superb company and you know interview process is awesome and very technically. And today i went to there for interview and results will come on Monday. I love this company because this company have good environment and good place and here all employees was very good nature and very skillful.
