I had need for translation from French to English of a letter and 2-sided form in connection with my being a beneficiary of the estate of a French relative who died in 2010. I needed to understand what the letter was about and exactly what information I had to supply the firm making the request so that the whole business that had begun in 2011 could be concluded. There was some urgency indicated by an identical reminder letter sent to me 30 days after the original.
I visited the offices of Teneo Linguistics on July 9, and was promptly greeted by Heather Hemer. She was very pleasant. She looked at my materials, ascertained from me what did not need to be translated, gave me a price for the job which I thought was reasonable, and told me the translation would be ready in 3 days (in fact she notified me in 2 days that it was ready).
The translation met my needs. I drafted a letter in English based on the translation and sent my letter and attachments to Strasbourg on July 18.

I contacted TLC for official documents translation for my visa application. The customer service is very nice and the translation service is completed very fast (usually in 3 days). The price is also not expensive after I contacted many other translation companies. Definitely use this again in the future if I need translation service!
