NO NO NO - Appalling service DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

My Housekeeper applied to open an Ackermans account in early December 2020. We completed the forms which she returned and were given more forms to complete. By now they had received twice, delivered to the store and by email all the advertised requirements - 3 months bank statements, 3 months pay slips and confirmation of employment. We followed up and heard nothing.

On 24 December she was given a new form to complete, which we did. She then returned it to the store and also from me by email and was told - after being messed around and waiting for 4 hours - that she could expect an answer in 24 hours. It is UNACCEPTABLE to do this to people, especially on CHRISTMAS EVE.

She applied to buy Christmas clothes and start to build a credit rating.

Tenacity Financial Services, from my experience, mess people around and cost them time and money yet deliver nothing; they do not deserve to be supported.
