Employed here for two years. The high up bosses are all in the good ol boy club. Overworked, underappriciated. They lie about time off. No family time working here. They mistreat everybody. Can't sit down during a 11 hour shift must stand while the good ol boy club sits. They will harass you, lie on you, demote you, ridicule you. Its horrible. Turn over rate is extremely high.

American industry in small town America. Outstanding operation! Very clean and very safe. The personnel that work there are the reason for their success. They are professional and hardworking. I enjoy every time I get to visit their shop.

Management will tell you one thing that sounds good and chang their minds last minute and screw your plans over so dont ever plan for a full weekend to go spend with your family. Most poorly managed place I have ever worked. Plus management talks to you like you're dirt and that dont care about the employees and think they're better then all the actual workers there. So if you arent in an office job dont expect to be treated fair.

I enjoyed my visit very much. Very interesting and relaxing.

Getting loaded here is awesome. The shipping crew know their stuff. Loaded and out the door in less than an hour.

They tell you it's 4 day work weeks but them make it madatory Friday and Saturday and you get a point unless you have a doctor not. Even if you give them a 3 moth notice you still need a doctor note .They lie to you and treat employees like a number and do not care about people .You can not make family plans because they make it madatory every Friday and some Saturdays for over a year straight now .Poor place to work. Plus all uper management talks down on you like you're a nobody to them
