Amazing show !! Oliver was bursting with song and dance ,talent galore !!!

Staff are pleasant, as always. Bathrooms always clean. Beautiful interior. Haven't found a bad seat in the whole theatre.

Great venue. Beware of the front row seats in the balcony. The wall blocks a small part of the front of the stage.

A small, intimate theatre with wonderful, professional performances

Located in the heart of histoic downtown Sanford. Temple is one of the best things in Lee county. This historic theatre brings live performances to Sanford that draw audiences from all around.

We saw the Charles Dickens reading of A Christmas Carol and it was amazing.
The theater is intimate, but large enough for a good sized audience. The seats are comfortable, but not much leg room for tall people. I suggest taking a wrap, because it can be chilly inside during the winter months.

I have never seen a show their I didn't love. The performances are amazing. To think that a small town has such an artistic venue is wonderful

My first musical experience and it was awesome! I saw "The Addams Family" and enjoyed it so much!! Very impressed and plan on going back!!

The Temple Theater has been a wonderful experience my wife and I. We have been attending their fantastic shows for four years. Their performances are always enjoyable, and often leave us laughing for days and singing songs from some of the musicals. Two of the primary reasons for the Temple Theater's success are 1) that the artistic director, Peggy Taphorn, is a very gifted person, and always brings in the most talented actors. & 2) the theater itself offers an intimate environment with excellent acoustics and comfortable seating, as well as the fact that almost every seat offers a wonderful view. In short, treat yourself and your family too a performance at the Temple Theater.

Never disappointed when we go to the Temple Theater.

Amazing theater experiences without big city crowds, parking hassles or expensive tickets. The incredible staff here has the contacts to bring in wonderfully talented performers and to produce big theater shows all on this theater's small stage. The staff also is instrumental in local events, special guest shows and programs for aspiring young performers called Temple Teens. A wonderful night out with family or friends...or matinee performances too.

Was assistant director/prop/costume help for 2019's musical, Grease. 10 out of 10 reccomend Temple Theartre. Lovely people, great atmosphere and historic well kept/maintained building.

I always have a blast at Temple Theatre. Whether attending a show or performing in one, it's been a great experience each time. Peggy Taphorn runs a tight ship, and it pays off with the high caliber performances, show after show. Sanford is blessed to have such a great venue.

Boeing, Boeing starts off a bit slow, but gets so funny

Have been here many times. Just saw "Grease" here. I thought it was fantastic. The vocals were outstanding and the costumes were on point. Great time!

My daughter was in a play at Temple Theatre when she was in 5th grade. She did great . It was a Christmas show and she had to go to rehearsal everyday early throughout to the evening. She did great and one of the guys she worked with was a high schooler and he was funny and great at acting . My daughter is 31 now. So long ago.

I always loved coming as a child and now we still come to see them! Great place for kids or some adult shows!
