Shipping department might ask you to see you rate con. which they shouldn't

This company shouldn't exist!! Lazy workers, doing nothing and knowing nothing. Came at 9 a.m. now it's 6 p.m. and load is not ready yet... How long of waiting left? Noone knows. Big joke. Don't come here unless you want to waste whole day or two... they have no respect for you or your time, AT ALL!!!
Update: Loaded in the middle of the night, at 12.15 a.m.

I personally didn t have a problem but other drivers Around we re having issues. very nice staff and yes they do take a long time to load. So bring breakfast and lunch

They take all day to load you . I been here over 2 hours & havent even been put in a door to get loaded yet

Shows favoritism & a lil prejudice. Targets black people somewhat & Hispanics stick together & will not tell on each other.

I book this load at 10:30am. Which was 8am pick up appointment which TQL didn t mention. They said ready right now !!! Check in here 11:45 am and it s 3:15 pm. Still didn t get a door. And worst of all. TQL is the broker. My delivery appointment is at 5pm. Wasting my clock and entire day for no reason. NEVER AGAIN !!!

This company does whatever they please. They don't actively tend to clients and don't have anyone answering their phones. If you're running an e-com business and you're seeking box insulators - there are so many other companies that will better service your needs on YOUR terms and YOUR specs. They asked our business to pay for materials 4 weeks prior to the ship date.. we have never seen anything so ludicrous.

I arrived 1230 my appointment is 1300 but I still didn't get door it is right now 1435
