Worst experience today, Rude customer care not even know how to talk and answer.. He is Simply saying I dont do , Not even telling Why he dont do

Telmore is a good data provider. I have been a telmore customer for a long time as well. From the services to products, highly recommended

WORST MOBILE DATA/INTERNET IN DENMARK, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE from the get go. They lie a lot and change packages without asking you if you want to, so you just end up paying more every month.

Stopped using their services, but apparently you need to inform them about it. Had to pay 520 kr. for nothing. Didn't use their service anymore, but they still sent a bill and reminders until it added up to 520kr. Didn't use a single kilobyte or SMS or call time. Had to pay for nothing, no understanding from the company after contacting them directly.

Sent them multple mails now. They will answer a small part of it, and then act like the rest doesnt exist. If you follow up on it, it takes a week for the email reply and it still doesnt answer your problems. Just call them.

Never had a problem and their coverage is very good. High speed data almost everywhere
