We are company operating in Nigeria since 1996.
We placed two orders for Solar Home systems with Tellco Europe.
The first order was in May 2017 worth $24,550.00, and the second order was in November 2018 worth $262,190.00

Delivery time for both orders was 10-12weeks after payment. Payments were made in December 2018 and the delivery fell due middle of March 2019.
Payment Terms were 60% advanced payment and 40% before shipment.

A total of $181,864.00 was paid by December 2018.
First order was fully paid, while we paid 60% of the second order,

We took a facility of €299,000.00 from a crowdfunding company Bettervest from Germany. With a 12-month moratorium.

The goods were not ready until November 2019 and we had asked that the orders be cancelled.

In November 2019, TellCo Europe claimed all the good were now ready and we should pay the balance of 40% before shipment.

As a compromise, we asked that Tellco Europe ship to us the worth of what we have paid, but they refused.

We tried all we could to get our money back.
We really need any help we can get.
