People that gives 5 star are supposed to be building owner or employee that have access card.
How bad is this place must be? thats the question
When you come to this building, you will be impressed by a whole new building.
BUT your experience of a horrible will start when you are doing queue for your visitor ID, which could take around 10-20 minutes of your time. Prepare your time well especially if you are coming here for a meeting and give AN HOUR SPACE. (pic available for the queue, while i was doing the queue also)
Second, how does a new building, with newly built lift HAVE A FRRAKIN SLOW lift? you have to wait the lift for 3 minutes on average and IF THOSE SMALL AMT OF LIFT ISN'T FREAKIN FULL.
Thats the experience of low-mid level (1-10th floor)
I've heard from a friend, lift that service high level floor (10+) could make you wait 30 minutes+
Guess how my experience is.

Kejadian tadi sekitar pukul 18:30 an... Hari Rabu, 10-07-2019.
Saya datangi ke GraPARI 24 jam di gedung Wisma ALIA, Jakarta Pusat dekat Gambir.
Dengan Nomor Antrian 1245 di Meja / Loket 8 di layani oleh Karyawan mengaku bernama NANDA
Dia menanyakan :
Ada keluhan apa?
Saya jawab tidak bisa isi ulang.
Dia menjelaskan : Oya pak karena kartu bapak sudah lewat masa tenggang jadi tidak bisa isi pulsa lagi dan sudah tidak Active lagi,
Dan saya jelaskan kalau memang tidak Active kenapa masih bisa terima telepon?
Oya pak memang kalau telp masih bisa terima...
(Logika nya dimana???)
Dan saya jelas kan karena hilaf isi ulang terlewat baru 3 Hari dan ketika saya isi ulang Via Internet Banking ternyata gagal terus dan saya mau ngurus untuk mengactive kan kembali kartu tersebut namun dijawab tidak Bisa !!! Harus migrasi ke Kartu Hallo atau bulanan.
Padahal sebelum Terblokir pulsa saya masih lumayan banyak ada berapa Ratus Ribu rupiah. Pelayanan sangat kaku padahal di dunia Marketing kepuasan Konsumen adalah yang utama namun di GraPARI yang saya rasakan bukan kepuasan konsumen namun lebih kepuasan egois nya Telkomsel sampai mengabaikan kepuasan Konsumen nya.
Padahal saya hanya ingin nomor tersebut Active kembali karena banyak Konsumen & Relasi saya juga banyak yang tau nomor tersebut.
Namun dengan berat Hati dan ketidak puasan saya terhadap layanan seperti tersebut. Bahkan saya mengutarakan postingan" yg merasa kecewa atas pelayan di GraPARI banyak namun petugas tersebut berkata apabila bapak tidak puas silahkan saja...
Jadi tujuan nya di bangun GraPARI untuk apa???
Katanya Melayani konsumen tapi tidak memuaskan konsumen nya itu sendiri...
Ini cara marketing yang terburuk menurut saya...
Apakah pihak Telkomsel membiarkan Hal seperti itu?
Tolong pihak Telkomsel bertindak untuk kepuasan konsumen nya dong...!!!! Jang dibiarkan konsumen kecewa!!!
