Kantor yang keamanannya relatif ketat, hanya pegawai atau tamu yang terdaftar saja yang bisa masuk.
Di lantai 10 terdapat ruang diorama, tempat tersebut bisa digunakan secara multi fungsi. Terdapat diorama atau sejarah dari Telkomsel, saat pertama kali berdiri, sampai saat ini. Ruang diorama ini bisa digunakan untuk ruang pertemuan antara tamu dari kampus atau sekolah, ruangan ini dilengkapi layar LED yang sangat besar. Selain itu, ruangan diorama juga digunakan untuk menonton film...
Untuk kantin ada di lantai 11, satu lantai diatasnya yang dapat dicapai dengan tangga.
Ada 3 kantin, dan 1 kantin khusus dengan pembayaran menggunakan t-cash. 2 kantin yang lain, boleh menggunakan uang atau kartu.

The motorcycle parking space is spacious, but too cramped. I don't know how many hundred or even more than a thousand motorbike parking here at a time, but maybe the building management can provide a more decent motorbike parking. And there's no sign for anything at all. I didn't know how to get from the parking area to the lobby, where's the exit, where's the pedestrian way..no sign at all! Moreover, the height of this parking space is horrible, it's maybe just around 1,3m..or maybe max 1,6m top down. I'm an average guy (not too tall) and I can't stand up straight! My head was tilted as I walk through this place.

The Telkomsel Smart Office itself is huge and so crowded. I'm so dizzy just by passing by the lobby. I'm not even sure if is this an office or a shopping mall. Though I still appreciate that the building itself is in good condition, I can't even imagine going through this on a daily basis.
