Terribly bad treatment from the staff in the store. Worst telia store I have ever visited.

The service was great when I handed in my wife's mobile. An additional plus for Huawei, which approved the claim.

Once again received a wrong collection via Telia where they claim that I did not pay an invoice. This is the second time in 1 year. Will not be a renewed subscription with these amateurs / charlatans.
Had given 0/5 if I could.

Find no words. Most expensive in Sweden. Worst in Sweden (by telenor)

Usually ok but not today. The young man did not want to talk about the phones if I did not intend to buy then 'I would just forget what he said'. It was also problematic for him to explain how I would do to keep my contact list if I changed the phone.

Incredibly bad of a store to say to an older couple just because one drive notifies and they don't know how to proceed, that the computer is probably broken best to buy a new one. Should never trade with them or have anything to do with them to exploit people's ignorance is caste.

Best Telia shop in Sweden, the staff is absolutely fantastic!
