The internet, and therefore the telephone, goes out every day, just like that. Business inaccessible. Since November 2017 every day DRAMA !!!! There was a mechanic and KPN, everything is good they say. And then the next day is just the same again. The helpdesk solution now: do ff reset. After 25 resets, we no longer even call the helpdesk. Then turn the modem off and on ... 3 times a day on average. Sigh .... only 10 months and we can cancel.

Very moderate that I cannot cancel 1 of my 2 subscriptions free of charge unless I provide proof that I live at a new address. You already have the best proof that I am a paying customer at that address. I find this extremely customer-unfriendly.

Very very very poor customer service. 4x connection has simply been terminated without any reason on the part of Telfort, 6x I have been connected to departments that were not the right one and after 1.5 hours the subscription is what I want to cancel and has been incorrectly debited from my account for 5 months always active. Is a change to the subscription 5 months ago and Telfort has accidentally taken out 2 subscriptions. Their mistake and I am on the blisters. Incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, you also get telephonists (Salima, she was called) who really talk to you and who treat you or that you are the age of a toddler.
Telfort may be 1 of the cheaper business, but if you have to waste hours and hours to put things right, it is quite expensive. Our company lost them as a customer (at least if I can get rid of the wrong subscriptions !!!)

Number I) has been transferred and with number II) you have done nothing more. In fact, the order turned out not to have been processed properly, as we found out yesterday, now that no SIM card was delivered and you confirmed it.
We have now called 8 times with your organization, several employees spoken, both one Willem and one Marcel and Francisca and Tamara and I know who else and nobody can do anything. I do not know how you think you should deal with (new) customers, but in this way we do not want to be treated. You commit persistent breach of contract.
I urge you to ensure that the SIM card is delivered tomorrow, failing which we will hold you liable for all damage that we suffer and will suffer as a result of this shortcoming. We have already informed you several times that I am going abroad for a longer period. That was not a problem, because the SIM card would be fast. Not so!
I also give you a notice of default and summon you to comply immediately, although I may assume that you will no longer comply, so that default will take place by operation of law.

Terrible service! I am without internet since 1st of February. Waiting one of the mechanics call me AGAIN for a appointment (last one they didn t arrived on time and I have lost half day of work waiting for it). After 10 days of this nightmare and without internet I contact your company to cancel since I am without service since beginning of the month and what is the answer I received? My cancellation will be valid only for 10th of March and I still need to pay a new invoice for a full month that I never was able to use the internet!!
