Only stayed one night. Large clean room and bathroom. The hotel is joined onto a stadium and then another building. Large carpark. I suspect it would be very busy on match days. Dining room large enough for numbers catered for, overlooking the stadium pitch on one side. Good plentiful Breakfast buffet. Very efficient check in and reception.

I really liked this hotel, very modern, good smiley staff so no complaints on my behalf . cons: breakfast times were a bit late & my friend's bathroom didn't have soap and when he asked for it the reception asked him to come down and collect it when he was in a towel and it was their fault.

Have to stay here due to work. The food is the worst thing about this place not only is it over priced it has to be some of the worst food I've ever tasted! Plus it takes just under one hour to receive when you're the only people in there, I could understand if it was full but it's not acceptable when there's no one else there. The rooms are okay, dated and stains everywhere on the carpets in some rooms but are generally tidy. The facilities are okay, you go get a gym and pool which are free to access but are mediocre at best. The stand out feature of this place has to be the staff, they really are nice people and make this experience a little more bearable.

Stayed for 1 night with a coach party. The room we were given was on the main road and was very noisy we could not leave the window open, could clearly hear the noise even with the window shut. All the soft furniture in the bedroom was stained. The bed frame was very stained down the sides (I did not want to look at the mattress, seeing the bed frame was bad enough), carpet in room very stained along with the easy chairs. The cold water on the shower did not work at all but that was ok as I couldn't get any hot water out of the hot tap either, started to have a cold shower but was shortly scolded with very hot water then froze as it went cold again this was the pattern during my couple of minutes in the shower. The food was adequate nothing special choice of 3 starters/mains/desserts. Did not use any of the facilities. Couldn't wait to leave.

I went to the Whitehouse Hotel for a group Christmas party. The food was actually really nice, especially considering it was catered for a large group. The bar staff were friendly, competent and efficient, and the entertainment (a dj) was also pleasant. All told, our group enjoyed the evening and will likely come back for future events.
