Good gym (but no kettle bells bizarrely !). Decided to try the swimming pool for the first time so went to the adult only session. It is not a wide pool so the three women chatting as they walked /swam their very slow lengths took up the whole "unlaned" part of the pool. The pool was cold on entry but warmed up after a couple of lengths but my goodness the poolside was filthy! As you swam to the deep end all you could see under the equipment was old plasters, litter, hair etc. Clearly been there a while. The shower area in the health suite had a lot of black mould, which was a shame because the steam room was lovely. Will give it a miss in future.

The complex here has many sports options, including swimming, tennis (indoors and out), courts for 5 a side football or badminton or whatever, a well-kitted gym, etc.
