Since I wasn't treated fairly, I decided to write this negative review to avoid others from making the same mistake in choosing Telemach. This is by far the worst phone service I've ever seen. Prices are expensive for the very little internet you get (and it's not even good). It charges you extra without telling you. There are always issues with the website. The customer service is awful. You have to wait at least 20 minutes in the shop and they don't even apologies or give you a discount when something doesn't work. The prepaid option is cheaper but a lot more complicated. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible Internet especially in the evening. Download and upload would be better than using abacus. Packages cost more and more expensive, many users have infrastructure since the era of cable HS.

Nakon nekoliko mjeseci ni ta se nije promijenilo. Redovi i gu ve stalna pojava. Unutra vas do ekaju namrgo ene face kao da si do ao da ih tu e , a ne ra un da plati .
Objavio sam fotografiju na kojoj se vidi red od dvadesetak ljudi koji na ki i ekaju u redu i vi e od pola sata.

Sramota za ovakvu firmu (kakvom se predstavlja).

Katastrofa, sve zasnovano na prevari, dobro se raspitajte prije bilo ta potpi ete. Agonija...

A fraud contract signed. After this signed contract you will never again be with this company !!!
