These People just do time pass on the name of placement....Waste of time. They are big liers.

Technovance is an outsource company where Recruitment is done Everytime but then make much timepass of candidates as well and they reject candidates till last round ...
Fresher candidates please don't waste time there

They call for interview and didn't select us although we have good knowledge than their employees.

Freshers dont go plz... totally waste of timee ...they take only interview after interview they select u but then they said that abhi tk koi project nhi aya h .

Don't ever feel disheartened or doubt yourself if you are not selected by this company. One unintentional wrong word in interview and you're gone. One star for the person who was keen to conduct my interview ASAP, it helped thank you!

I'm working from home, so there's no question of giving interview seating on my office desk around with my colleagues. The employee you accidentally saw was my sister who is working for her company in Hyderabad. And the thing you're saying about me working with your company just for extra bucks is not baseless. As I told in interview, I want to shift bcz I want pune location, because of some financial crisis ans can't afford to live in mumbai and also interested in your company. And the wrong unintentional words were 'will get more opportunities' that too I spoke when you asked why you want to shift to pune, not when you asked why you wanted to join our company. Please think twice before putting any wrong allegations.

Teknovance is a time pass company, if u value ur time ignore attending interview in this company. They offer interview call, Make u attend few joking rounds and ignore u.. HR and other staff doesn't have seriousness. They reject you after attending final round. Who ever rated 5 star are definitely HR n other staff working der.. nobody can rate more than 1 star to this company..

Working since 3 years..very good experience so far.

Worked there for 1 month..very bad experience...boring work...they can't recognise good talent and under name of design engineer all are working only as draftsman in mechanical department...

Don't waste time here....they just kidding with freshers....they take interviews and select student's and puts them on hold . So be intelegents and don't waste time here......if any chances and they select you and joins you in organisation then they take any person for only 3 months and after that they remove him.they just doing company project in low cost by fresher's

don't go for interview,waste of time really.......... I'm going for second round interview 23 Jan 2020 he ask only general question and then next day esha madam call me and said not selected and resion is technical round not clear but that time he will never ask any technical question then why they are not selected really disappointed.

It's a very bad experience
If you have any questions about the model test, you are eligible for the interview. At the time of interview .. Ek fresher ne mere interview liya .. jisko zero technical knowledge tha. I answered about 90% of questions satisfactorily.
When Abhi jan 5-6 days back, I can call back my model test and I can not wait for the interview. and you have 3 months to apply. ... lol ..

There should be 0 stars option also. 3rd class interview process. I successfully completed all round but still didn't hired me. Bakwass management.

If you don't know Marathi please dont join this company. They have all the meetings in marathi and they will fire you for not knowing marathi

Interview process was very transparent, I am experienced and attended an interview but unfortunately I have not selected, the reason they said why I'm rejected is genuine, I felt the same reason.
Everyone who is keeping the reviews about the interview process please think in a positive way.... Don't write reviews under job rejected frustration....

If they call you for the interview. Dont go. They just waste your whole day in the name of interview.

Unexpectedly big company,, as it is an indian MNC you wont expect it to be as good as it really is

Things I dislike Mba policy, low salary, bond system for pl, no overtime, hard to go on vacation.
Things I like work from home in lockdown.

As you mentioned below you credits leave to employees but in actually how many of them actually get to use them if you check your records most of the employee don't even take leaves because excessive work load and is very hard to go on leav if you have to notify 8 days before. And avg working hours of your employees is almost 12 hours of the day isn't it?

Yesterday I was given the test and model drawing test. This was the wonderful experience. I am not selected such a great firm but still I am happy with this.
Because this company has taken exam with complete transparent no chitting here. Again after some time I will try again in this company.

I would have given minus rating. Came for an interview, but unfortunately they don t see talent. If you going for an interview here , have a backup plan also. Don t think you gonna get selected over here.

worst management !!! they call you, then they keep you waiting for minimum for 2 hrs . then they take a test,and they say your disqualifed for the interview !!

Such that fresher don't go there they will not hire they assume that fresher are also expert in according to our company totally waste of time .

You have to apply for leave 10 day before meaning once you join this company it's very hard to leave it because other companies can't wait 10 days for you for interview. And most important very low salaries

and the fun part was the test had two part TECHNICAL & ANALITICAL ... i got only one test and they but they said that i have applied for for both the test .. and still i am disqualifed ...

and if you say things like i didnt got the other test and all
the management put a direct alligation on you that you must have deleted the mail !!
i request atleast give a better reson

How many days after I can reapply for the selection process in Teknovance ?

Very rude people, specially a lady CEO, when she don't have technical knowledge, how she can take interview I am not understanding till date.

They provide jobs related to design , they outsource the engineers,

Freshers Don't go ....waste of time .....they don't hire freshers only wasting our times......
