Avoid Teikametrics at all costs!! They charged me for several months after I canceled my subscription. Customer service was non existent. They re also known to make their employees write positive reviews.

Very poor customer service. I attempted closing my account nearly 2 months ago and removed all of their access to our sites and they are still charging my CC for full price + services even though they have not provided any services for 2 months. I would just be cautious of using them. They admittedly will tell you they are one of the most expensive services but their hands on approach is why. Obviously they are not 'hands on' much as it has been 2 months with no access to our sites and they are still charging us full price + services like they are actively involved.
Nasty company! Cancelled subscription for 9 months and they are still charging me. They don't take phone calls, they don't respond to emails, and they continue to charge for a service they don't provide me. I don't even understand how they pull my information, when they were disabled off my Amazon for 9 months.
Best investment I've ever made ! The money our company spends on the cost of Teikametrics service is worth every penny. Love working with my team " Henry , & Pat " I asked for a partnership , wanted a family feel to our relationship not just business. And I GOT IT !!! Cant ever see us not using their service, its saving money on our adds and making more sales !
After manually managing our sponsored advertising for a number of years, I found the process to terribly inefficient. After partnering with Teikametrics, our efficiency improved at least 3x. If you are clear on what your goals and objectives are, Teikametrics can help you achieve them.

A terrible company just looking to add as many $60 a month customers as possible. They WILL NOT talk to you on the phone, their customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. Their service DOES NOT do what they are advertising.

I have attached the latest dashboard shot, my ACOS HAS GONE UP 12.3% , NOT DOWN, isn't that what your software is supposed to do?
My estimated gross profit is now -267$ , it was positive cash flow when I started with you.
My total ad spending is up 116% and total sales are only up 41%.
Why would any of my keywords be over .50 cents for a $10 product? And this after 2 months!
Maybe your company is just concerned with signing as many people up for $60 per month as possible, just as Andrew mentioned, instead of working with each customer, one at a time, to see what their needs are. It's called customer service.

This software is not designed for all products - be very careful. We lost 0000's using this. I would not recommend! We also used there managed services at a cost of $5000, although extremely polite, they could not even get it to work.
