I recently had an experience that fell short of expectations. The technician arrived later than promised, which threw off my schedule. When they finally showed up, the service felt a bit rushed and lacked the attention to detail I was hoping for. There were a couple of minor issues with the newly installed lock that needed further adjustment. I appreciated the technician's attempts to solve the problems, but it felt like the service could have been more thorough. Overall, it wasn't the level of professionalism I anticipated. 😕🔑
