Sick of this company. Agents call on Sunday, emails every few hours and that is after I have asked a few times to be removed from whatever list I'm on. I found a job, I let them know but that doesn't matter when it's all automated. If you send your resume here or you will get spammed, BIG TIME.

I've been working with Bridget for the last few months and have been very happy with how I'm treated and presented. Now happily contracted through TEEMA and the on boarding experience has been positive.

I started working with Teema about 3 years ago and had a great experience working with them. Great organization and amazing people to work with.

Recruiter reached out to me for a position and asked to schedule a call with me and the client. Then scheduled a call with the client and told me they loved my profile and looking to speak. 10 openenings for the same position then the client magically forgot about the interview and never called! After a week of ghosting the interviewer sent an email saying that they finally heard back and the client all of a sudden didn t find my profile so great anymore. Complete joke of a recruitment agency these guys are. So if you are thinking of taking some hourly time off to interview with them, maybe consider thinking twice. They will push lower level candidates over you for the money.

Wow! The absolute WORST! Jen Snoody gets an "F" for communication. She's the one that reached out to me, talked on the phone, and then basically ghosted me. It's been 20 days without the common courtesy of a response to emails and phone messages over that 20-day period. This is my first time using a recruiter, and probably my last. To ghost a highly qualified military veteran like she has, is completely unprofessional and rude. I think that these 'recruiter's' are nothing more that a data farm getting and selling data of potential candidates. I wish I could've given a half, or quarter star - perhaps even a eighth of a start. ABYSMAL.

I liked TEEMA, but then had to deal with Alex Elliott and that all changed; he's rude and rarely returned my calls. When he did, he'd ridicule his employer, which isn't a good sign. Think I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Great agency to work for, they have awesome recruiters like Sara Araghian who helped me multiple times land a great job with competitive salary.

TEEMA Group, what can I say? GREAT organization. Integrity and transparency is what I look for when choosing a recruiting company. It shows they care about their consultants. They assisted me with finding the perfect placement. Got to work with industry leading professionals. Awesome experience. Highly recommended!

They don t offer mileage reimbursement or housing allowance. Aside from this, company is average.

I'm not gonna get into it, but this place is one masive red flag. I've never seen so much back stabbing in such a short period.

Currently have been working with TEEMA for 7+ years now and have found it to a great workplace for seasoned professionals in the staffing industry. They have one of the highest commission plans in the industry combined with solid leadership and sound ethical practices, making them a financially rewarding and enjoyable place to work. One of the greatest features of the organization that I have come to personally enjoy is their 100% home based model which allows me to have an enviable work / life balance. I would highly recommend the organization to anyone looking for a new career opportunity.

Agency pays well (at least for our contract), but valued the workers very little, and little to no advocacy. Never missed a day of work and had no write ups, missed my father s funeral, and showed up after having three wisdom teeth extracted, and they didn t even bother to respond to me about gas reimbursement, that I ve mentioned several times but did however reach out when they needed me to pick up overtime :( . Was very unconcerned about my work conditions and the condescending nature at one of the facilities they sent us too. So if you have no emotions or am okay with being oppressed for a dollar amount, definitely worth your time and resources. Lisa is an alright recruiter, very personable, but did become very absent as the scenario played out. Wish there was genuineness accompanied with her mannerisms. Best of luck to them and their staff.

The head hunter reached out to me for a position and asked to schedule a call. He actually never called! Send me an email 1 hour after the time of the call and said he got busy with meetings. So if you are thinking of taking some hourly time off to interview with them, maybe consider thinking twice.

Biggest jokers in the business. Recruiters ask weird personal dating questions. They waste your time by giving you information irrelevant to the interview and ghost you for weeks until they decide they need you again. Disappointing. They'd be better off running tinder given the amount of ghosting they do. Do yourself a favor and block them if they try to spam you on LinkedIn. Not worth it.

I really wish the recruiter know the language they speak, when they hire technical resources they should know the basics of it or trust the candidates. Its been rounds and rounds of Teema's members calling for different position and I explained them all that they never arranged any client discussions and I was convinced by last one still no interviews ,despite their special recruiter who spoke & claimed know about technology still wouldn't arrange any client interview or send my profile ??? I am certified, got good client recommendations and have been working same industry and technology for 10+ years. I finally gave up worked with other largest recruitment firms and got hand-full offers. You guys either should know the technology aspects when hire or trust the candidates. Sorry Teema you wont last long gaining such a reputation.

Got started with TEEMA in my first two year. First time, got a call and got the job. It all depend on skill matching up with what the client needs. Although not with TEEMA anymore, I am still working as a consultant now.

TEEMA recruitment staffs never changed over the period of time. Lack of professionalism and quality and ghosting candidates has not been changes Get well soon guys.

TEEMA always inspired me to be more! Over two and a half years of working with TEEMA I feel like I have always received the red carpet treatment! Top-tier representation with great communication and transparency. I have dealt with many recruiters in the past and by far this organization in my mind has been the gold standard!

STAY AWAY. If I hired this company to do recruitment, I'd wonder what I was paying for since they ghost on candidates. I received a response to my application asking to set up a call, which we scheduled for less than 24 hours later. Never called, never responded to my email asking what had happened. Not only was my valuable time wasted, it's utterly disrespectful. Don't bother applying to anything through them, and don't hire them.

I have never worked with an agency before but Matt was very responsive and quick. He made the whole process much easier, did all the scheduling, was looking out for me the entire time, and respectfully made sure if after the main interviews if I wanted the job or not . He always told me where I was standing after each interview and I was appreciative over that. So in the future, I would definitely work with him again.

I've worked with a number of agencies in the Vancouver Healthcare space and TEEMA has stood out as been consistent in building relationships from my experience. This includes working with them both as a resource and as a client sourcing talent at various times. I have always found them to be transparent and supportive.

Scum agency, why am I surprised: head hunter reached out to me on LinkedIn and had me conduct a phone interview with them (LinkedIn profile name: Aizel Ash Villarino). After saying I was an excellent candidate they promised to send more materials about the job description and see if I was interested from there but I did not receive any communication thereafter. I followed up and no response. I've had this happen once before and am done with these agencies. These individuals are just looking to fluff numbers for themselves so that they get paid a nice little commission. This is what happens when you don't pay your employees fair wages and expect them to fulfill ridiculous quotas to make a living. They have little intention of assisting the people they reach out to after the first interview. Do not be fooled.

I've been with TEEMA for over 2 years now and cannot imagine my life with any other company but this one. Professional to the core, with excellent service rendering to both clients and applicants alike.
I hope to retire from here.

TEEMA is a breath of fresh air. Politics are to a minimum, you can pick and choose who to work with, in general recruiters are tenured, and the freedom to make your own decisions is finally a reality. Executive team is incredible, we have the best back office support staff, and the comp plan is better than I ve ever seen. We all work remote but have a great sense of community. The recruiters I work with here actually value people and relationships. It s what makes TEEMA stand out. We re not here to talk people into taking jobs. We make the introduction and the candidate and client takes it from there. If it s the right fit, awesome! If not, let s keep looking. We offer contract, temp to hire, and direct hire, as well as payrolling services. I m proud to be a member of this organization.

Manu Gulati told me to expect an offer from major crown corporation. and then he GHOSTED ME less than a month later. Would not reply to email, text, calls. I guess that's what is called a Halloween ghost recruiter?

Abysmal application process (broken text descriptions, multiple redirects, clicked no less than 4 "Apply" buttons, no confirmation email), disrespectful contact (did not reply after confirming a requested meeting time, missed call, never mentioned which job the call would actually be about), extreme delay (3 weeks from submission to contact), and overall a bad experience. There are better recruiting firms you could use.
