After writing an email, they called the next day to discuss and followed up the day after. In order to resolve my issue, the person in charge met me with the item at their office on a Friday during Eid holidays.

Its not open on Saturdays but it says its open 24H on Saturday. Need to fix that. Drove all the way there for nothing.
